This is my favorite store for furniture in the metro area. The staff always greets with a friendly hello. That’s refreshing in a world where everyone has their face stuck in their phones. I have worked with both designers Sue and Stephen. They always have great advice and have helped me create two amazing rooms. If I’ve had a minor issue, the manager, Conni has jumped in to rectify it and makes sure the issue is resolved. The designers here are talented and know so much about design. I’m ready to start my next room!😄

I bought a couple of very expensive leather recliners from Ethan Allen. I was actually leaning towards another brand that was produced in Italy, but I was told by the Ethan Allen salesperson their recliners were produced in America. That was the the deciding factor. Buying quality American made products is a priority for me when I can find them. Way too much of what we buy in America is produced offshore.
When I received the recliners the tags clearly indicated they were made in Mexico. If I would have known that in advance I would have never bought them. I texted the store manager to lodge a complaint, but she didn't seem to care that I was misled. No apology, just a statement that some of their furniture was produced offshore. When I get around to it I'm going to write Ethan Allen senior leadership to see if they value customer care more than their store manager.

Understanding this furniture is built to order, our experience has been less than ideal. When you spend the money on good quality furniture, you expect a certain level of service or, at the very least, what was promised at time of purchase. We had a lot of furniture to sell to make room in our new home and was counting on updates but I've had to request updates at every turn. Not to mention the planning of a housewarming party that will now take place without our completed master bedroom setup. Just today, confirmation rec'd of delivery for Thursday then several hours later was cancelled as the bed didnt actually show up.

Michelle was amazing she took the time to assist us with making sure we had the perfect bedroom furniture. She constantly kept in contact with us via text message and phone calls as we progressed through our orders being delivered. Without her our bedroom would not look the way it does. She is truly one amazing interior decorator, and knows her stuff!! She’s was very patient with us and very informative. She is definitely an asset to Ethan Allen!!!! If you go to Ethan Allen in Kennesaw would highly recommend requesting her personally!!

The Ethan Allen team at the Kennesaw, Georgia store is terrific. Excellent experience working with Stephen Scholder on the interior design of my home. The store manager Connie Hijar is also outstanding. They, along with the entire team of design professionals, are friendly and always available -- and expert. I was in the process of moving to Charleston, SC and needed new furniture for my living room. After looking at several furniture stores, decided to order my two sofas and swivel chairs from Ethan Allen - even through the price was much higher than I wanted to pay. Michele Gillespie was my design consultant and I couldn't have been more pleased. She was extremely knowledgeable about Ethan Allen, furniture in general, and design. She worked with my existing floor plan and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted. She made the entire process extremely smooth and enjoyable. She was on top of everything from ordering, making sure the furniture would fit through the doors, obtaining sample fabrics, helping me pick out throw pillow (even from another company), and making sure the furniture was delivered on time for my move! She was always available to answer my questions, in person, email or text. I would highly recommend Ethan Allen AND especially - Michele with any furniture needs. I continually receive comments on how beautiful my room looks!

I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Sumaya Maghariaf! She was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting furniture for my new home. Sumaya was very easy to work with and so personable. She was open to any ideas I had but also used her expertise to make fantastic recommendations. I appreciated her responsiveness and willingness to come out to my home to ensure everything selected would fit the space. She truly understood my style and helped me create the perfect space for my family. I highly recommend!

Just wanted to say that we had an excellent experience with Michele Gillespie at the Town Center location of Ethan Allen. We loved working with her. It is obvious that she is extremely experienced, she listens to what you want, and helps pull together a design that suits your personal tastes. My husband and I have taste that doesn’t align perfectly and Michele was to talk us through a compromise that included traditional elements that my husband wanted while giving us a fresh update that I wanted. We highly recommend Michele!
