David provided some of the best customer service I have received. He was incredibly thorough explaining the process and helping us get into the exact truck we needed. He also went above and beyond giving us the information we need and answering all of our questions and he did so with enthusiasm and a great attitude. It is clear that he is not only knowledgeable but enjoys his job and this is such a nice thing to see when so many people out there deliver poor quality customer service. Thank you David for making this a great experience!

From start to finish this enterprise location made everything a breeze, the hassles of renting a vehicle can sometimes be the worst part of your day. The Kennesaw store clearly has a top tier team Devon assisted me prior to my reservation by answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had pleasantly and informatively. He also was able to recall our conversation the day before off the top of his head when I came in for pick up, making the whole experience much more personable! At my drop off time I was greeted immediately by both Tucker and Chris who were also assisting other customers on the phone without breaking stride. Tucker had me checked out in a matter of minutes and Chris was able to help me out with a mask in the meantime since I had forgotten to bring one for my Uber home. This team went above and beyond and are clearly is exactly that- A TEAM. Thank you guys! I will highly recommend this location at any opportunity!

We needed a jump for our car battery and we're across the parking lot at the patio furniture store, while they weren't very helpful, the manager at Enterprise asked Rod to pull the training van for Enterprise around and he gave us a jump. That's awesome service and we definitely appreciated the kindness!

The people are friendly and could not be nicer. The truck I rented had all of the features I requested (35 gallon tank and cooled seats). Pickup and return was smooth. 100% would get a rental from this Enterprise Truck Rental again.
