“We spent hours here going through games and trying something new. The Japanese games were a hoot! So fun. They have a machine in the front of the arcade where you can buy credits for the games. We spent $20 in total and got 80 credits. We thought it was a good deal and enjoyed our time there. Great for adults looking for retro nostalgia too.”

“The technician was great, but your call center customer service was terrible. A part was needed for my repair, tech said would come direct in just a couple of days. Re-appointment made for 8 business days later to finish repair. I call the call center the Wed before our appt, they say the part has not shipped and they will expedite. Then I call the Friday before, I get the exact same answer, has not shipped, they will expedite. The part shows up the next day, I call to tell them it is here but before I can, I get an automated message telling me my part has not shipped yet....what a mess.”
