Ordered this just because. Arrived fresh and yummy. The bananas are the best. Chocolate /caramel dipped apples were the next favorite. Thanks Edible for a great treat.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Ordered Flowers, Balloons, pecans, and chocolate fruit for fathers day. Only the chocolate fruit arrived you can even see it in their delivery picture. I emailed and called with no return call instead I get the same confirmation showing I paid an extra $40 for items never delivered. If you try calling any of their phone numbers and try to select to wait on hold for a representative it tells you that you've made an invalid selection and then repeats to click option one two or three if you click option three it says it's an invalid option so you're only option to click on is one or two . So I click on two and leave a voicemail twice . I also sent an email which stated that it would be forwarded to the store and they get back to me within 48 hours . I place my order on Saturday it was delivered on Sunday , and I'm writing this review on wednesday. Customer Service is a joke and I can say I will avoid this store at all cost.

I ordered an arrangement for my friend’s virtual baby shower two weeks in advance to make sure it arrived on the day of the shower. Since we were unable to hold this shower in person, it was very important to me that my arrangement arrived on the day I selected for delivery. When I called, I was told my order was never imported and they could deliver the next day. I am happy my friend will receive her arrangement, but am very frustrated it did not arrive as planned.

Received as a gift for Mother’s Day. The cookies were undercooked and the portions that were semi cooked had black hairs in them. The arrangement itself was thrown together. Completely grossed out.

This is False advertisement and poor quality, I don’t understand why they still on business, I need my money back. I wish I would have read the reviews before. Judge by the picture the expectation and sad reality.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION! Would give no stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Took 2 days and 10 calls to reach a live person. Left voice mails to receive call back which they never did. They substituted cookies for chocolates, sent email order was delivered when it wasn't. My sister ordered Mylar balloons with her order and they arrived half deflated. Had to call corporate to get refund I was promised. Wish had read Yelp before we placed our orders.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers and chocolate strawberries for my mother's birthday yesterday, and I literally cried when she sent me the pictures of what was delivered. The flowers were half dead and the strawberry leaves were wilted and obviously not fresh. I'm beyond disappointed. Definently not worth one red cent.

I went in to pick up a quick 6 piece fruit box. The place felt cold - undecorated, the display case was empty, and I really thought it was closed. The woman came out and I asked for a 6 pack and she said 20 minutes, NBD, but then informed me she had no bananas. How do you not have any of one of your staple fruits? Left without purchasing. It was a sad store compared to others I've been to.

Pretty poor experience. Paid $120 for some fruit and cupcakes and didn’t even get the cupcakes in delivery. Tried to call and sat on the phone for 30 min waiting until I was forced to voicemail. The customer service here needs to be dramatically improved.

Never provides tracking info. Only answers the phone and one person tells you one thing and the other something else. Terrible customer service. They will take your money fast. But may or may not deliver your items.

Horrible customer service! My dad ordered 2 dozen flowers and 12 assorted strawberries for my mom. The roses came all bunches up and not In a vase that my dad ordered over the phone. Told my dad when we picked it up that he didn’t order the vase. And he said I gave you a bag and it was $5 but I didn’t charge you. What we got was not at all what they had on the website!! Do not go here!! Go to another location not worth it at all!

The employee was extremely rude and didn't give the flowers in the vase that we paid for and gave the flowers just wrapped up plastic. They put no effort into our order. They were being super aggressive with the fruit.would definitely not recommend going to this location. They were the rudest people I have ever had to deal with while just trying to get my family out order. Was definitely disappointed and not satisfied!

I hate to leave a bad review. I've ordered from Edible Arrangements in the past and was very pleased, as were the recipients. I've never used this location. I was the recipient on this occasion. I was not expecting a delivery and while I was home all day, I stepped out for a few minutes to pick up lunch. There was a workman at my home, so delivery was possible even in my very short absence. Late in the day, the sender asked if I received my delivery. No one left a notice that I missed a delivery, and the workman didn't see anyone. The next day, late in the afternoon, my delivery arrived,. The chocolate covered strawberries had slipped down their plastic "stems". The leaves were dried up, the fruit mushy, and a couple had mold on them. I've never received a food delivery in such bad shape. Even a one-day delay shouldn't result in bad fruit. I didn't mention this to the sender because I didn't want them to feel bad. Overall, I rate this experience disappointing.

0 stars. Do not buy from this store. Completely messed up my daughters birthday. Did not fulfill the order as ordered. No balloons. No cheesecake. Didn’t deliver the order to her door but left at the leasing office which tells me they knew exactly what they were doing. Very very poor and I am highly upset. The don’t deserve to bear the name of edible arrangements. I have ordered from edible arrangements for years. Never have an issue before. This is my first time ordering from this store. They should be shut down.Day 2Edible Arrangements location440 Earnest W Barrett Parkway NWLeanne saw GA 30144.These people are theives. Did not deliver my entire order. The more expensive items not delivered and had the nerve to only refund me $25 of the $75 owed. I want my $50 bucks and that store CLOSED. I am putting them on BLAST. Do not buy from this store. Any other EA store is fine. I’ve ordered EA for years and never had an issue. They did this on purpose and have the nerve to refund me $25 bucks. The nerve. I want all my money. I am sending this to corporate. CLOSE THIS STORE.
