SHOPPERS BEWARE!!(Store#7769 Kennesaw Georgia)I spend my hard earned money here on a regular. The store is a hit and miss. I have never had a bad experience with customer service until today. After getting to the register I decided I had a little more than I needed. I separated what I did not want ( 5 small items that I already had 1 or 2 of on the belt). When the cashier Craig was done with the costumer in front of me, I told him that I was not getting these items, and I offered to put them back on the shelf. He immediately huffed, walked over to the door to get a hand held basket while mumbling under his breath the whole time, then I finally heard him say, “Jesus Christ, if you didn’t want it why get it” so I cut him off and say… “you know what, this is what I will do, since you are having an out right fit for having to do your job, I won’t get any of this stuff, and you can put it all back!” I left the store walking to the car where my husband was waiting, I grab a pen and notebook, to go back in the store to speak with the manager. By this time the manager Pattie was out of the office. I conversed with her, as Craig so rudely and unprofessional butts in while ringing up customers, so I said to him I am speaking to her not you. Pattie turned to him and said she would speak to him afterwards.I will be exerting my time into contacting corporate about this matter. The lack of professional costumer courtesy that Craig displayed has totally ruined any positive experience at this location. Myself or my family/friends will never shop here again. Shoppers beware!!

This Dollar Tree location is fantastic. The store is clean, the employees are always friendly, the shelves are stocked, the variety of merchandise is great... I bypass the location closest to me to head to this one frequently. This particular location took me from being someone who avoided Dollar Tree stores as much as possible and now fits it in a few times a month.

I love the Dollar Tree, there are some awesome products that you would pay far more for in a conventional store. Dollar Tree never lets me down.
