A huge thanks to Sara(h) with the Customer Care/Support Team for her assistance in helping our company/our customer get their much anticipated delivery. The logistics involved with this delivery was complicated with many other companies involved and Sara jumped right in got into immediate action. She was professional, courteous and as our liaison she protected our companies reputation not to mention my commission.....Again my sincere thanks !!!

I am very impressed with the service level that Dickerson Transport has provided my company. Most Final Mile partners that I have dealt with in the past promise a lot, but could rarely deliver. The Dickerson Team not only delivers the services promised, they often go beyond what is expected. They have been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to doing more with them in the future.

It's easy for companies to get good reviews when everything goes perfectly. My shipment had an issue, and my customer was not happy. Dylan, a rep with Dickerson Transportation Solutions, took care of my needs, which let me make my customer very happy, and willing to order from me again. We absolutely love working with Dickerson Transportation. They are very helpful in scheduling the freight for our company. Any issues that we have are resolved in a timely manner and you can really tell that customer service is there number one priority. The company I work for was one of their first customers and we have been happy from the beginning.

Dickerson Transportation does a great job. They do their research beforehand to find the right LTL option for us. They follow the shipment every step of the way, providing updates. And they are quick with POD and invoice. I've been overwhelmingly impressed with the quality work Dickerson Transportation provides to us and highly recommend them.

I set up a Delivery "3 Times" and each time the Delivery Company NEVER Showed up or did what they promised, I was supposed to get my frame on Tuesday, and after taking the day off work, they called when they were supposed to be there and said they weren't coming. I set up a second appointment, for a delivery the following day and they said they would call me beforehand to let me know when they were coming, "THEY NEVER CALLED" and instead showed up, when i was in my laundry room, and left within 5 minutes, This can be proven by my building Concierge! They then set up a THIRD appointment for delivery, and I took time off of work a THIRD time, and then called and said the order was Cancelled, I did not Cancel the order. What is going on, this is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! I have also paid for a White Glove Delivery. White Glove??? lol
