In early December of 2023 I dropped off two epson printers for repair at Dawn Electronics with hopes of restoring the print heads and any other related print issues that they recommend I have repaired. Needless to say my experience with getting basic services was absolutely horrible. Over the course of three months I was given every excuse from we are on vacation to we had to order new print heads to can we not put your computer back together because it's not going to work but we would like to keep it. I recommend epson to remove this place from their list of repair shops. They are clearly only use to doing business with a certain type of people that I'm not a part of. It was extremely disappointing to receive the type of service that I did. The lack of people inside the business and the communication within the operation should have been an immediate red flag.....if your printers serviced I would stay far away from this place if your looking for common decency customer service. I would have given them no stars if it was possible. They were very nasty to me. It's now almost March and I'm just now able to pick up my printers that are not repaired with a $400 bill. What a dump. Can't believe this place. Never again....RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Called to ask some questions about my very old discontinued Epson and they very willingly gave me some advice over the phone. Hopefully I'll be able to take care of the issue myself now.

One word, integrity. They took in my medium format printer for repair and gave me a quote. As they were proceeding to repair "The Beast" they discovered multiple problems. Despite this, they stuck with their quote and my machine has been running fine for years.

Dawn is great! The repair took a bit longer than I anticipated (understandable given the pandemic); however, it was well worth the wait. The repair was done accurately and the printer is as good as new now. Will absolutely use them again if needed in the future.

I have only been there once for a large HP laserjet repair and that was enough (it has been a few years) but the person at the counter was very rude and it seemed that my issue was more of a bother to them than a chance to make a profit. I paid my bill and found another shop.

I took a wide format Epson printer in to Dawn Electronics last June 2019, over a year ago and they still haven't fixed it or returned it. This is inexcusable! Very poor service. The only times I've heard from them to get a status update was when I called them and usually got the run around.

We have used them many times over the last 8 and since we run a photo business we have to get things taken care of when they happen. We've never had a problem that wasn't solved and repaired. Now they are a very busy place so if you want expedited service you'll pay for it, otherwise its been a great backup for us and we highly recommend them.

Had a 15 month-old $4K Epson Projector that was just outside the warranty period and was told this place was closest authorized Epson service provider. To make this short took over 3 weeks just to get them to tell me what was wrong. I called back a month later to find out there was even more problems. I'm leaving out numerous details, but one of the worst, if NOT the worst customer service experience I've ever had! Finally just told them to ship it back and do nothing. After almost 3 months went by finally got my projector back and just purchased a new one. DO NOT do business with this company! How they are even in business is a mystery!
