Went in with my fiance looking for a diamond wedding band. Candy helped us and took as much time to answer whatever questions we had. She showed all the different options. We finally settled on one and made our purchase. They had to order the proper size which was not a problem. The ring came in on time and Candy called and let us know. We stopped in on May 5th to pick it up and one of the other ladies was quick to help. She showed me the ring and then got it packaged up and had me on my way. Everyone there was very pleasant and treated me with a smile when I arrived. You have earned a customer for life.

Had an incredible experience with Ella. She was very thorough, very kind and extremely knowledgeable. She listened intently to our questions and provided various designs and options that fit our likes and budget and came up with future solutions to the wedding set as a whole. We cannot say enough good things to emphasize the value and service Ella provided. You have a top notch salesperson in her. The experience of picking out a ring in this shop was good. Paula worked with us to find the perfect wedding band to fit my fiancee's unconventional engagement ring. While we did not buy that day, we came back a week later to purchase her wedding band because of D. Geller & Son's diverse collection of wedding bands. The problem began with the resize, which we were originally told would take a week. She had to turn in the wedding band and her engagement ring for the repair. After a week, we called and were told it would take two more weeks with no explanation. My partner expressed her concern, and was met with no apology for the delay. At this point, we had lost faith in D. Geller to maintain her jewelry. Next day, we went in store where the associates had no notes or explanations for the delay although they apologized for the confusion. While we love the collection of jewelry D. Geller offers, we will be resizing and maintaining the ring with another local family jeweler.
