Feels like Rx fraud. I picked up RX that my plan doesn't cover and pay $57 for 1 month supply without coverage from Insurance Then I get a notice congratulations we will now cover you RX, so I go get the next month, $54 dollars. I asked the RX department and they said yes, it's $250 without insurance, and I stated I know that's a lie because last month I paid $54. They didn't know what to say.There is enough profit in this sector that you do not need to deceive and lie to your loyal customers. You destroyed my trust with the deception and lied about the coverage and price of the RX.

Mail Order if you can. I don't know if the pharmacy manager is in BUT it's absolutely ridiculous that there is a line and one person is helping customers when one is just wandering around and putting meds on the shelf. She wasn't even doing that task fast but she did find time to speak to the one handing the drive thru window. If most employers use mail order services these stores will be a thing of the past.

Clean store, love the discounts. I was surprised the pharmacy had what seems to be a full staff. I saw six pharmacy workers and was pleased that it took about three minutes for me to get my prescription. I literally counted the people (LOL).

It is impossible to get in touch with the pharmacy over the phone. This is the 3rd time that I have been on hold for an hour or more JUST to ask a question! I have NEVER had a bad experience at any cvs except for this one.

WORST PHARMACY EVER. I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED. I'LL BE TRANSFERRING MY PRESCRIPTIONS.

Would give zero stars if that’s an option. The whole pharmacy area is FILTHY! I can’t believe they are dispensing medicine from there. Worse though is that they lie consistently. No matter when you show up, they say “oh we just got that, give us 30 minutes.” When confronted with their own paperwork of when they actually got the prescription the tech told me “the pharmacy manager makes us say that because she slow and doesn’t want to get in trouble with corporate”. I am stunned by her honesty but infuriated by her willingness to lie the first time for her incompetent manager. AVOID THIS PHARMACY!

Piss poor service. Never again will I come to pharmacy. Had a prescription filled and they filled the wrong one. Then I get concerned around from line to line.

Lord knows if I could give them a minus zero I would. This is not right to have someone in the drive-thru this long! Over 30 minutes transferring my prescription back to Walgreens. I don't know how they stay in business.

I called to inquire about my medicine and was told that it would be ready within 1hr or 2. Before I was able to ask another question the phone was disconnected. I called back about 2 1/2 hours later and was told that the medication wasn't approved for filling by my insurance because it was too soon I asked why I wasn't told that before. So he eventually did an override and again was disconnected before asking my question. My daughter finally went to the pharmacy and had to speak to a manager on my behalf in order for me to get my meds.

This pharmacy is extremely busy. Unfortunately, this location is also poorly operated. Phones are almost never picked up. I spent over three hours on consecutive days trying to reach a pharmacy staff member to no avail. What happens when a patient needs advice or has questions on their medications? What if patients need critical medications and are unable to refill them due to some issue with the automated system? These are just two issues amongst countless others that could require someone to speak with a staff member. There are other problems that have gone unaddressed as well. CVS pharmacy leadership needs to conduct an extensive evaluation of this location and work towards process improvements before a more serious event occurs that impacts a patients health.

Came here around 1am and thought the store was closed because the parking lot was pitch black. The parking lot lights were not working for whatever reason. Hopefully the problem will be fixed immediately as this is definitely a safety issue. The guys working were friendly and personable. However, the store was a hot mess! I will say that this was right after Halloween so maybe the store had just been super busy all night. At least the staff was nice.

Love this store! The staff are always helpful and friendly and the pharmacy staff are as well. I have never seen pharmacy staff so nice and concerned!
