The amount of contact that CVS will send to pick up a medication, but then let folks sit on hold for 15+ minutes till I give up trying to speak with someone is kinda crazy.

The manager Michael is very unprofessional and childish. I come to this CVS very often and every time he is there the energy is very low and upsetting. On multiple occasions, I have seen him treat the employees in a very passive-aggressive manner. Last month when I was in I stood at a self-checkout waiting to ask for help while he and another employee stood behind the front desk while he berated her. It took about three minutes of me standing there for him to notice and even offer to help. When he had finally stopped disrespecting this young girl I had figured out the problem and just left. Other than the manager, Michael, all the other employees are very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and kind.

I was charged for a full three month supply of medication, so my insurance was also charged. I was only given one month, and it was marked as completely fulfilled rather than partially. In addition to that error, I was also given two of four pages of the warning and side effects paperwork for a different customer’s paperwork complete with partial initials and partial prescription number. I was not given the paperwork for mine. Someone else picked up the prescription for me, so the issues weren’t caught at the store. VERY unprofessional. Borderline HIPAA violation if the full name and prescription number had been on there. Who knows who received my warning paperwork

Went in around 1am to get some Theraflu for my mom. It was pretty chill and didn’t have any problems. Only thing I can say is that there were no bags at self checkout.

Horrible Pharmacy. CVS in general is pretty bad but this location especially sucks. And I usually don't like doing this but there is an employee there named Collin and he is not the best. Avoid this place. If you HAVE to use CVS then I would use a different location

I would leave no stars if it was an option. I went into the minute clinic this morning On Jiles and Cobb Parkway I was seen by nurse practitioner Janie Dinh. I told them I had a muscle that was knotted and would not let go even with heat, ice, tens machine and exercise. When I was being checked in, I told the nurse that I just needed a cortisone shot in that muscle. That I have had this issue before. I asked is this something you can do here since I had never been to a minute clinic before. She said and I quote yes, we should be able to. Then I was sent to the nurse practitioner. She asked me what the issue was and again I explain the same thing about the muscle and just needed a cortisone shot. She never once told me till the end of the visit that they could not do a cortisone shot. I was not happy and told her that also. That they had multiple times to tell me before the visit that they could not do cortisone shot when they knew that was what I needed. I have had this issue before and that helps it. I felt deceived and misled to believe they could and would help me. I was charged a $139.00 for them to tell me they could not help me. Stay clear they don't care about you or your issues. They screwed me out of money, and they will you too. Even speaking to customer service and she agreed that I was misled but no refund.

The pharmacy should provide better customer service.

Feels like Rx fraud. I picked up RX that my plan doesn't cover and pay $57 for 1 month supply without coverage from Insurance Then I get a notice congratulations we will now cover you RX, so I go get the next month, $54 dollars. I asked the RX department and they said yes, it's $250 without insurance, and I stated I know that's a lie because last month I paid $54. They didn't know what to say. There is enough profit in this sector that you do not need to deceive and lie to your loyal customers. You destroyed my trust with the deception and lied about the coverage and price of the RX.

Mail Order if you can. I don't know if the pharmacy manager is in BUT it's absolutely ridiculous that there is a line and one person is helping customers when one is just wandering around and putting meds on the shelf. She wasn't even doing that task fast but she did find time to speak to the one handing the drive thru window. If most employers use mail order services these stores will be a thing of the past.

Clean store, love the discounts. I was surprised the pharmacy had what seems to be a full staff. I saw six pharmacy workers and was pleased that it took about three minutes for me to get my prescription. I literally counted the people (LOL).

It is impossible to get in touch with the pharmacy over the phone. This is the 3rd time that I have been on hold for an hour or more JUST to ask a question! I have NEVER had a bad experience at any cvs except for this one.

WORST PHARMACY EVER. I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED. I'LL BE TRANSFERRING MY PRESCRIPTIONS.

Would give zero stars if that’s an option. The whole pharmacy area is FILTHY! I can’t believe they are dispensing medicine from there. Worse though is that they lie consistently. No matter when you show up, they say “oh we just got that, give us 30 minutes.” When confronted with their own paperwork of when they actually got the prescription the tech told me “the pharmacy manager makes us say that because she slow and doesn’t want to get in trouble with corporate”. I am stunned by her honesty but infuriated by her willingness to lie the first time for her incompetent manager. AVOID THIS PHARMACY!
