Walked in to Torrid and it felt like it was 100 degrees in there. It was so hot and miserable I felt awful for the employees that had to work in it.Hopefully they fix that soon before the summer heat kicks in!

Torrid was boiling hot and was an awful shopping experience. The employees looked miserable working in that heat and I find it to be awful that no one is doing anything about it.

Love the mall, but security could use some "Sensitivity" training ??I called Cobb county to contact mall security to diffuse a potential future altercation with an entitled/bigot male driver in the parking lot.• As I pulled out of my parking spot, I headed on the RIGHT side of the road/line (As shown in picture) [#RulesOfTheRoad]. As the other car turned in off the main loop/road driving at top speed over the line/DIRECTLY in front of my vehicle, I slowed down to give them time to recognize (If possibly distracted) & to realign - To avoid a Head on collision.They Didn't show any signs of, or attempting to, slow down. So I came to a complete stop to let them pass whichever way they wanted at that point - I respectfully just GAVE them the right away. Instead of continuing to drive, both driver and passenger became billegerant with hand gestures & being ignorant & obnoxious. I just shake my head and wait. [won't be forced to travel on designated parking lines. Not how *I* drive ??♀️ Even if it's clear]After approx 2-3 minutes... The female passenger gets out, walks in the direction as if she is approaching my car & says a racial slur, laughs saying "We can do this all day" ? Walking away with two bras (out of a bag) in hand inside the mall, leaving the driver to engage in whatever...At that point, I knew I was dealing with two OLD IGNORANT FOOLS. I then decided on an AUTHORITATIVE Figure would be a better OPTION in that moment to explain that they were CLEARLY on the wrong side I didn't need an apology or anything - but how are you LOUD & WRONG??? ???Instead, I got a "jerk"... The second guy who was going over to talk to other driver (Black guard - wish I got his name) was FANTASTIC! [I ONLY* moved because HE ATLEAST ACKNOWLEDGED *LOGIC*]The other "jerk" evidently approached as if he felt the issue was 'too minute's even be dealing with ? Which he was probably right ??♀️ However, he don't get paid for that judgement call. And when he closes to make it evident IN THE WORKPLACE - Reviews like this is written. My experience because of *HIM* (whatever his name is - I'm sure records could help locate him) would've left me feeling 'crazy' or questioning my own knowledge of the road.When he responded to me, his logic is:1. I was going the wrong way because it was a "one-way" ? Which would've been opposite of the way my car was facing.- No response or answer when I asked about what signage indicated that? OR why was the yellow line that we All was currently looking at supposed to represent?I threw my hands up, and said "maybe [I] am driving the wrong way. Where is the sign? ?..quiet.Instead of answering or acknowledging that it may would be misleading [which he can add to the suggestion box] for drivers - he was visibly irritated & asked "Why don't YOU just drive around? ? " ..So I responded, "Because it's principle. That's why *I* called for someone to explain." Quiet again.Seeing where the exchange was going, the BLACK GUARD intervened & acknowledged the perspective.It's funny how the LACK OF GENTLE HANDLING is obvious ? If this is how "seriously" that young man takes his job - I hope the mall keeps him paired up with someone with sound mind & FULL COMPREHENSION for next 'Black Friday' ?*IF a head-on collision WAS to happen::: A judge would ask WHICH SIGNS were displayed & more prevalent for the DRIVER(S) On 'RIGHT AWAYS'. The indicator WOULD BE the ⭐️yellow line⭐️As I reached the loop, and seen the arrow FADED - it was barely visible & far away Because I'm learning the hidden "temperature" Down South -- I HAD to be the more educated one in that moment, and take it to the chin & drive around. I'm just glad SOMEONE (Black Older gentleman) was polite, knew the law, and also knew I wasn't going to win the "battle" with his co-worker ? Real recognize real. Fortun

MALL, April 7, 2024“ ZERO STARES”Town Center Mall Kennesaw. Housekeeping manager should be arrested! For the DIS-GUST-ING condition I found when I took my granddaughter and her friend shopping last week. As a former employee for four years at this mall, I have never seen it in this condition. I was SHOCKED! Downstairs bathrooms were filthy no soap escalators were filthy roaches on the floors. It didn’t look like the upstairs had been cleaned in weeks. The food court was so filthy. I had my granddaughter and her friend eat in the car. Wet spill on the floor by the windows Multiple dirty tables and workers just going about their business like nothing was happening, I regret not going into the upstairs bathroom, but then again, I knew what I would find.And this was on a Monday. Maybe MALL MANAGEMENT needs to spend a little more time listening to their employees and a little more time doing drug testing.
