Couldn’t enjoy my stay. The old lady at the desk was acting odd. Also the room had bed bugs. Which she probably knew that before giving me that room.

Another great stay at this location! Great location, clean rooms, and the staff were absolutely wonderful! I am very picky with hotels and this has consistently been a great stay for us. The staff make this such a welcoming stay!

This is a convenient location, with access to expressway. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Temperature control is great. Also a large number of outlets which helps with all recharge devices. Seating downstairs could use some seating that is not so close to the floor but there is much available space for guests. Staff is eager to please and gives complete instructions on arrival. One area that can use improvement is the breakfast bistro where they need an experienced cook in the kitchen.

I had a very confusing and complicated solution and worked with the front desk later in the evening of my stay. Dawn went above and beyond and helped sort everything out. Definitely one of the best experiences I could ask for. The room was spacious and the hotel is in a great location. It's close to everything you need, but feels secluded and quiet.

Easy location, close enough to so much but at same time immediate area not crazy busy. Parking a little confusing at first. GARAGE underneath! Clean location with nice size rooms. Staff are phenomenal, so pleasant and friendly. Dawn at front desk very knowledgeable and fun!

Very happy with my stay. I moved to this hotel after being in a dingy Hilton. The rooms were super nice and clean. The outdoor area was nice to hang out and take phone calls at. The parking situation made me feel safe leaving my car at night with zero worries. I would absolutely stay again when I visit! Its also just across the street from an awesome shopping center.

We stayed here only one night but we had a fantastic stay. There was a bar in the lobby with wine and mixed drinks which was open until 10on a Friday night. The rooms were roomy and the hotel was either newly built or newly renovated with contemporary furniture with clean lines. Everyone was pleasant and professional. We come this way a few times during the year and we will be back. Some previous reviews talked about car damage and cars stolen from the parking lot and the hotel's garage. We did not experience any of that but we stayed only one night and parked near the front door and checked on the car periodically. Per haps the hotel will put up cameras to catch who is causing the problems.

I highly recommend this hotel! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out your treated amazingly !First we were pleasantly surprised they were able to accommodate an early check in yesterday (1/28/2013). (When I called an asked they explained that when it’s available they always try to do so.)Upon walking in I was pleasantly greeted by Aundrea (sorry if I miss spelled). She was very pleasant and welcoming.Our rooms were spotless!! Everything in the hotel was well maintained!This morning I decided to grad a caramel macchiato from their onsite Starbucks counter and the baristas were both very friendly.All in all if I am ever in the area again this will most definitely be where I stay!! Do not let the previous reviews keep you away this is a great location!!

Very disappointed. I thought the brand name hotel would be good but:The booking experience was painful - 11 minutes on phone.No toiletries except soap in the room.Room needs an update.No breakfast included except prepackaged cheap pastries. Hot breakfast is $10 additional per person.Extra $20 "incidental" charge, supposed to be refunded in "a few days"This is a Wyndham hotel - I think you can do better.
