Prime location costco. Pretty standard configuration, but due to its location has fewer discounts going on. Bakery is overpriced compared to others, with many items having a same day expiry with no markdowns (weirdly). Gas here is a little more expensive than other costco locations.

Stay away from this Costco. Go to Woodstock its a much better store. I can relate to the negative experience with this store as the other customers negative reviews. I went to search for a certain Manager to ask him a question. The Managers upfront stated we can help you. Right away the tall aggressive lady Manager with two inches of makeup and black dyed hair that both face and hair glowed in the light when you looked at her. She was not caring at all. When I told her my issue the woman could care less why I was frustrated. She immediately started making assumptions over my conversation. I told her I guess I will contact Corporate office since you don't care how I was treated. She said Good luck with that. I've always found that Costo management is very rude and very fake. They treat you like there above everyone and that your the problem. There is no customer service skills at this store period. As I stated go to Woodstock there a little better. But overall they all suffer with this issue. The hearing aid department is awful. The two men who wear hearing aids working to help people with hearing issues. They get frustrated when you talk to them trying to explain your issues. It makes since there frustrated because people with hearing problems talk loud. Hearing aids make sounds loud especially to people with hearing aids. I also understand why they do there job because they lived with hearing issues. The problem is the loudness in there hearing aids makes them frustrated from people who talk loud with hearing issues. I found the same issue at another Costco in Gwinnett. But Kathy in the hearing department in Woodstock is the best. She doesn't wear hearing aids so the sound doesn't increase when you talk loud. She has always been very kind. She listens to your issues. No one at Kennesaw listens to your issues.The guys with the hearing aids are rude. The lady Paige is a gossip queen. The older lady is very nice that is in the hearing aid department. Overall I would not come back to this store. They treat your issue at there store like its your problem not ours. Even though they act concerned but then act like there not concerned. The store in Duluth is starting to scan cards that pulls up your picture before you en⁴ter the store. Sams club does not do this. I think there a little concerned they might loose customers but I'm sure it's coming to Sams one day. When they stop you at the front door asking you to scan your card it does backup the incoming line. Not all Costco stores are scanning cards right now. It's on a trial basis. It's crazy that Costco feels like everyone is out to take from them. I dont doubt they will loose members. As far as the other negative reviews I think they all hit alot of issues on the head. There produce turns bad fast. The bananas always bruised from stacking them. I even pulled a pack of black moldy pre cooked bacon out of the refrigerator. There is alot of items that are more expensive then other markets. You know when people shop with there faimly card which Costco is having issues with. In the long run I bet Costco makes more money on the faimly purchases then they would forcing a yearly membership on a faimly
Faimly should be allowed to use a membership. They make everyone feel like they think there crooks. I don't have faimly use my card so its not about me. But watching older people who are refused to enter because there using there kids card is crazy. Like I said Costco is making more money on the purchases then forcing them to have a membership. But I also don't care if others do it. Costco would rather treat everyone like there crooks as I stated before. What's going to happen is customers are going to cancel there membership. I have hearing aids Costco won't service them without a membership. I will tell you this my hearing aids were in the shop all the time the first time I had one. Probably the worst designed entrance, exit, gas, and parking I've ever seen. Time consuming to get in and out. Terrible location.

Store is always stocked but it's always crowded, especially the gas. Doesn't matter what day or time you go, it's a fight for a parking spot and to navigate the store.

This location is fine but the parking and traffic in the parking lot are always horrible. Very difficult to navigate and I'm surprised there aren't more accidents there.
