Collin and Jacob were very helpful in getting my broken Screen fixed on my phone. They ordered the parts and kept me up to date on when they'd be delivered and when I could pick it.
And they're Very Affordable.

Amazing experience! Repaired an OG Xbox, Xbox 360, and Xbox One with various complicated issues. It took some time as expected, but they were giving me updates along the way. Huge thank you to Computers R Us. I will be going back to them with any technology needs. 5 Star Awesomeness!

Took my laptop here and got SCAMMED…..
My laptop was having a bsod issue for a few days and i brought it here to hopefully get it fixed. After paying almost 100$ because apparently the main issue was overheating (it turns out it wasn’t mainly that but they clearly didn’t bother checking) the BSOD issue came back not even a day later and literally nothing had changed. Brought it in today again and they wanted me to pay another 45$ again for a diagnostic along with the fixing expenses when they hadn’t even found the real issues in the first place and the same problem still remained. I’m sure if i paid that 45$ again then i would have to pay another one and another one and so on. Funny thing is the worker wasn’t gonna charge me until the manager told him to :/ Whatever ig

My mouse pad on my laptop was sticking, not moving and acting erratic. I came here to hope for a quick fix, and by them taking the battery out, it did a firmware update and that seems to have fixed the issue. No charge and fantastic customer service. These guys know their stuff, many thanks!
