I was charged $25 when I used it for less than 10 minutes...there is no one to contact. This is ridiculous.
Update: I have called and left my name and # twice and no one has contacted me back.

Clock Tower Car Wash is one of the few touchless car washes in the Acworth area that also has individual spray-off bays. When I had an issue one time with the controls, they were very responsive via text and resolved my issue quickly.

This is the second time that I have been to this car wash and the equipment does not work. I spent $10 trying to wash my car. My car was cleaner before I attempt to wash it at this car wash.

This is my all time favorite car wash although the vacuum got me for 50 cents tonight first time thats happen in the 4 plus yrs I've been coming here. Next time it happens Karen needs to speak to the manager lol jk. My favorite car wash bc it's open 24/7 after lyfting all day I don't want to see people plus it's well lit and the grounds are kept clean. The vacuums actually suck in a good way never an issue with card readers or change slots. $2 to vacuum and $3 to wash can't beat it :)

My absolute favorite do it yourself car washes to go to. Equipment works just fine. Not in a bad neighborhood. There was one time that the wax product was running out but nothing to cry about I got what I needed out of it.

If you try to pay with a credit or debit card it will start the water for half a second then stop. Yet it still charges your card $3-$10. It says it takes ones and fives but it wouldn’t accept my five dollar bill. This is the second time. I’ll never come back!
