I've been waiting on a refund for two weeks now. Upon setting up an order with this company, within minutes, I changed my mind and cancelled. At the time, the lady on the phone was providing excellent service. So my decision had nothing to do with my interaction with the company. She told me that I could expect my refund back in my account within 2-3 business days. After a week of not receiving it, I contacted the office and spoke with Dave. The customer service definitely decreased when meeting Dave. He abruptly stated that his accountant was handling it and it would be mailed. Let me get this straight? So you mailed a check without contacting me even though you knew I was moving (that's why I made the order with your company in the first place). I followed up by asking where was the check mailed to. He said he would let me know. I've heard nothing from Dave. I will continue to call until I get my $125 REFUND.
