I have been a stay at home mom for 2 years and was very nervous and hesitant to start my 2 year old in daycare. Since starting everyone at childtime has been so beyond wonderful, they take amazing care of my son, they keep you updated throughout the day, and the communication and involvement by the directors is far beyond what I expected. I have no doubt that when I send my toddler here he is in safe, loving hands and they have eased all of my worries of being away from my baby. I 1000% recommend childtime for your little ones

Dont send your child here. they don't do anything but lie. The assistant director yagoo or whate his name is rude. I have called them 5 times this morning they will not pick up the phon. A year ago now my 1year old attended this daycare, everything was good for a few week. then my baby started getting sick and i understand that his immune system was low. Then one day i received a call they didn't have enough staff ok i had to miss work. then he went back one week after that the daycare was flooded. they was closed 2 weeks. daycare reopened ag for one wee, maybe 3 days that week because the holidays. that monday i drop my baby off just pulled up at work at 6:50 they call at 7:05 come get him. I said why, something was wrong the daycare flooded. so after that i lost my job. but before the flood and ect, i received calls he was sick he running off, he have a temperature of 101. he was wrote up for chocking a child, he had a attitude and ect.. we talking about a 1year old that can't talk never been around kids the size of a 6 month old. i have more to say but u get the picture.

Everyone has their opinion. My opinion on the care that now 2 year old daughter and my 6 year old son (during the summer) received is nothing short of amazing. I don't know how this daycare was before May 2022, but since then we have really enjoyed it. My daughter has grown so much since putting her there. She used to only sit with one person, but now she is much more social. She is also learning so much with those around her. I happen to believe they teach as well as letting them play. I also believe they keep them safe and that this location is clean (it always smells and looks clean when I go in). I also love that this location has video streaming and the location itself is very convenient for me. I recommend this daycare to everyone who needs one. We will be putting our son there as well.

PLEASE READ. I have a 4 year old that started a pre k class with a teacher named sia. My son had difficulty following the structure of the class. This lady had no compassion and washed her hands of my son the 1st week. She addressed me about my son in front of other parents with so much frustration. I pulled him out the 1st week. If you have a child that’s new to the school environment and may need a little bit more attention, I wouldn’t recommend this school. I will be filing a complaint.

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW BELOW.I need to understand WHY my daughter was unenrolled from her summer program.Disclaimer: my son was dismissed due to having some issues. I met with the director yesterday after being called at my job due to recurrent incidents from my son. my 3 year old child has been having outbursts due to seperation problems and possible bullying. after we left the daycare my son has named Ms. Desirae as the teacher that makes him uncomfortable along with the names of other children. i'm saying this because this is what my son told me when i asked him the issue. with that being said, i spoke with the director of the program because my child was being dismissed. i did not cause a commotion or rebutt anything that was being said. i was extremely cordial and accepting of the situation because i know theres policies and procedures that must be followed and i did not want to argue with management about these behaviors. frankly i felt that maybe it was best he stayed home for a while due to the frustration and anxiety hes been experiencing while attending Childtime of Kennesaw. Now after the director gave me my sons paperwork, she let me know my daughter wanted to go home too because she was upset by the situation and i was handed her backpack. i took both of my kids home that day.NOW THIS IS WHAT I DONT UNDERSTAND. when my kids grandmother tried to drop my children off today she was told that my daughter no longer was enrolled in the school and she was not able to return. And it was also mentioned to my mother that one of the staff members "did not like how i presented myself and something was going on with mom". HOW DARE YOU USE HERESAY TO DISENROLL MY OTHER CHILD. i deserve an explanation as to what that statement means. now why when I was there yesterday, was I not informed my daughter was being disenrolled from her summer program MIDWEEK a day after my son was also disenrolled. I am starting to feel as if I'm being discriminated against because I am a 22 year old young, black single mother of 2 children. I am young but not a fool. I wake up early at 5:30am with my kids and WORK FULL DAYS every single day and the fact that the staff left not one but two children without any care on short notice while their young mother tries to make a living is attrocious. I AM NOT ONE OF THESE MOTHERS ON EBT OR WELLFARE, I AM DOING MY VERY BEST PAYING HARD EARNED OUT OF MY POCKET TO THIS DAYCARE AND HAVE SUPPORT THROUGH FAMILY. I have always been more than cordial with staff. If that decision was made yesterday while I was picking up my son the staff shouldve been more courteous and professional & let me know that.ALSO: i payed the daycare fee in house and was still double charged somehow. i have proof of this and im willing to show corperate the receipts.I am extremely disappointed that I wasnt even spoken to face to face nor on the phone with any staff member about my daughters pending disenrollment and I find it very convenient that she was disenrolled the following day after my son was. staff did not contact me on the brightwheel app either. I understand the issues my son was having and i get it but this is wrong. My daughter was enjoying her summer program and once loved her teachers at childtime but now I am so disappointed, I will never use childtime services again. I hope anybody reading this review will think twice about enrolling their children here because the staff is sitting and judging single parents in the background and taking it out on the children. save your money. im sure i will not get a response back from staff so i made sure to call corperate and file a formal complaint about the matter.UPDATE: i spoke with my daughter. she came to me and told me she is very sad about not being able to go back to her summer program with everybody else and told me personally she misses Ms. Anitta & Ms. Bethany. im Very sad and distressed as a mother to hear this because she cannot understand what has happened and neither can I.

My son used to attend here and we miss it. They’re awesome. He had 3 different teachers over the few year span he was there pre covid. Covid hit and despite my hesitation to take him back they provided reassurance best they could despite closed door limitations. His pre k teacher went above and beyond to send homework, supplemental material etc (that helped me to engage w him more at home) and also sent videos via the app so I was at ease. Now, I’m paying twice as much for a daycare that doesn’t do half of what they did. You can tell that the director and ladies running Childtime are truly good people and that’s what a decision often boils down to. Hope this helps someone trying to make a decision during a time where you can’t even tour the inside of the daycare. You can trust them at Childtime.

My son started Childtime at the age of 2, prior to this, he had been to several daycares. If you re looking for a save environment for your little one, people that care and an environment were your kids can learn to express themselves..look no further. I highly recommend this daycare.

As a first time mother I took my son to a couple of different daycares and couldn’t find one I liked and was so worried about leaving my son in the wrong hands. After a couple of months searching for a perfect daycare I found Childtime.OMG ! Not only I am happy and comfortable by leaving my son in the right hands but my son loves attending this daycare, he learns so much and has lots of fun, we love the teachers they are so loving! I totally recommend Childtime at Kennesaw

My daughter has been attending this daycare sense August 1st and there has been NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. There is a huge lack of professionalism. The teachers took it into there own hands to tell my daughter that my daughter was adopted.... Also I sent in money for “School Pictures” and left it in the class room. Then the day that the pictures come in my daughters didn’t show up. Like any other parent I asked questions. They said that they would figure it out and didn’t. I had to call the picture company and re-pay for my daughters pictures also they said they would look at the cameras and I got a simply “ we didn’t see anything” I asked for the managers information and still haven’t received anything. Now I’m out of town and my babysitter dropped my daughters care seat off and now it’s apparently missing and I got. There’s nothing we can do about it besides ask around. So now with me being states away not knowing how my daughter will get home safely they just sit back and hang up on me. This daycare is so unorganized and unprofessional it’s unreal. MY OTHER CHILDREN WILL NOT ATTEND HERE AT ALL.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE !I went here about 14 years ago for pre k and this was the WORST experience ever. I still have good memory of everything. I remember the teachers being STRICTLY racist to me & African Americans. Only the white kids were able to go outside. I remember, one day I sneaked through the door to go through the playground and my teacher screamed at me and grabbed me very hard. As a little girl, that traumatized very much. I also remember the smell of the teachers smoking infront of the kids while we were eating lunch. I HIGHLY don’t recommend this for ANYONE!

Its unfortunate to read the hateful review from the lady below. Not everyone is going to be happy at daycare's and that is understandable but to maliciously call an innocent teacher beasts and monsters is just hateful. Not to mention putting someones career on the line by saying they kissed your child inappropriately is very hurtful to The teacher and to current and future parents. I love child time and my son does as well. Ms. May May is an amazing teacher and does nothing but take care of her infants. Ms. Tashana And Mrs. Lateisha are wonderful and have gone above and beyond to make sure the facility and the teachers are kept in tip top shape. I applaud you ladies for your hard work. I would recommend child time to anyone. Keep up the good work!!!
