I have banked at this Chase branch for many years since it opened. Have always received great customer service and help when I needed it. This location is perfect for me. Sometimes I had to wait for someone to help me for few minutes, but the customer service has always been nice. I learned to use their automated systems and depositing or withdrawing money usually goes fast. Only downside is that they cannot dispense coins or sell you foreign currency at this branch. But it's OK.

Good group. This branch doesn't have a drive-thru or an outside ATM tho. But the tellers inside do a great job.

I'm a gay male and went in their with my husband. We were treated as any other married couple and given exceptional and personalized service. Never felt we were just a number

Wow! I just had an amazing experience there today. Almost ran out of gas approximately 40 min away from home, stopped by a gas station to buy some and noticed I forgot my wallet in another bag (I know, I suck a bit). Luckily, i found this location across the gas station. Stopped there not sure how to get some cash, but hoping I should be able to (like in a perfect world, I'll say I gave them my money to keep for me, the absence of a simple card or ID shouldn't keep me from accessing it, right?). Well lucky me, there is this Cardless option I had no idea existed (well, i never needed it before I guess). An agent was nice enough to show me how it works using Apple pay on my phone. I left the office happy and utterly satisfied.

Always very courteous and prompt good service. Had an issue there once with some documents I needed and mgr Antonio made it all right. Been a customer here over ten years never had any problems here.

Bad customer service. I found the same issue that john k had in below reviews. The workers don't know how to do anything and are unprofessional. Manager wasn't there so I can't speak about them. Zero water or coffee, even if there was something available there wasn't cups.

The layout of the bank and the staff are quite nice, the facilities are very clean and new. However, the niceness ends there. I've come in a few times into the branch, and used the ATM a few times, and each time I end up getting so frustrated I want to switch banks completely. Depositing cash should be the easiest thing on earth...but it isn't here. The whole purpose of me going inside the branch to deposit anything more than 10 bills is for it to not be exposed for such long periods of time. Yet, I'm forced to stand in front of the machine with all my cash out, waiting for the machine to process 10 bills at a time. I never feel comfortable nor safe since there is no guard outside either. There is only ONE teller working, and they never takes less than 10 minutes per person, so I revert to the teller machines. Guh, I hate these machines. Bring people back.

I enjoy banking with Chase and love the quick pay option. The tellers at this bank are extremely helpful and friendly. When I had to file a fraud claim for my account, they were quick to handle the issue and give me the next steps to file the claim with corporate.

I bank at Chase Bank on Wade Green and it is better than most in the area. You can withdraw $3,000 out of the ATM inside the bank. I use Chase for paying bills online and transferring money to my son in NYC. So far I am satisfied with this local bank I did not find David M.'s review useful. If he said what he was trying to accomplish, it may have given me insight into the bank staff. Was he applying for a loan? Was he requesting an exception to bank policy?

You'd hope that Chase's many branches would be an advantage for you as a customer, but this branch is an example of why that isn't always the case. Ask them to perform their role in the larger JP Morgan Chase business, and they have no clue. In fact, they get upset that you aren't asking them to do the simple tasks they know, like opening a checking account. They're afraid to call departments within their own company. They ask questions of you, the customer, as if you can train them on what to do. The branch manager is especially amusing, strutting around like a little Napolean, as if he's enormously important. But, he's no more capable of helping than anyone else in the building. I think there's not much the personnel in this bank can do that can't be performed by an ATM. My experience at this branch convinced me to move to a new bank altogether..
