Went in last week and the store was very clean. However, it took staff about 10 minutes to greet meet. There were only two customers in the store: myself and an older Caucasian lady. The latter received conversation from staff. I politely left.

The few times I've walked in there, I have never been greeted. The staff just sits behind the registers talking. They never ask me if I need any help. I just get what I like and go to the register and check out. I always feel like I'm interrupting a conversation. I just hate poor customer service.
