Got sold the wrong car at a higher price than I could afford.

If I could rate them a zero I would. I'm waiting 2 months for a refund check. Would they wait 2 months for their payment? On top of horrible rates, they are the worst.

Are all the customer service reps dead? Been on hold for so long 30mins. Currently on hold. I don’t even have a loan with them anymore I just need a letter of lien release so I can junk this car
