Spent $60,000 on cars within a week at this location. The organization and customer service has been awful. We were pretty much forced to not be able to return the vehicles one of which already has a check engine light on in it. I’ve left voicemails , been on hold for a collective two hours in the last 2 days. We still needed to purchase one more car but we will be going elsewhere for that.

Rob Lynn in the service department has been so awesome to work with! I purchased a car this year and the Carmax service team in Kennesaw helped me to work through a few items associated with the initial warranty. Rob and the team in that department are stellar! I am grateful for the level of service that I have received at this location.

Didn’t speak to anybody and believe you have to schedule an appointment online. However I will comment that the quality control has gone downhill since the pandemic. One car I was looking at had a musty smell and even sand or salt deposits within the engine bay. Covered in sand underneath. Car was from Florida and the question is was it just from driving on the beach or was it in shallow water from a flood? Prices are high as well but expected since they are normally higher than the market for the convenience and non haggle pricing.

Don’t waste your money buying a car from them, very bad experience with Carmax cars. I bought a dodge durango from them 9 months after the car had a leak, and then followed by an over heating engine, catalytic converter, both batteries needed a replacement. We’re talking about a 2018 dodge durango both catalytic converter needed a replacement, bought the car in 2021! I drove over 100000 miles since 2021! I invested literally $16000 for the repair, the warranty only paid for the first leak and that was it! I paid for Overheating engine repair 9k, rental 5k, after now both catalytic converter needs to be replace and they want 6k!!!And they’re still charging me for warranty that expired a year ago !Just don’t do it ! Not helpful! Worse experience buying a car ever!Store Manager/Customer Relations no help at all !!!they don’t even deserve a one star but only way for me to share my experience with the world !

Ordered vehicle online Tuesday, did express pickup. Appt was at 4:30 PM; by 5:30 PM I was back at home with my car and I was driving for almost 40 minutes to get home. This is my third car from Carmax. They have all been fantastic vehicles. Since I’ve never had a bad experience with them before, I decided to try the online order with express pickup. It was amazing. In and out in less than 25 minutes. Car was exactly as pictured. Zero pressure to buy, no one ever harasses you. Great place to buy a car!

My husband and I chose to use online purchase with express pick up, let's just say we are on day two of waiting after approval. Total lies when they tell you it's easy like 123 !

I've literally have had the worst experience at this dealership
My car had so many issues at the beginning that had to be corrected.
Just took my car to the dealership for some work and was told under my car was so rusted they were unable to remove screws they had my car for 3 weeks almost they had to soak screws they had to cut screws which cost me $1750 more dollars to fix they said unde my car was rusty from sitting in water and should not have been sold. I've heard this ever time I get an oil change that it's very rusty under my car. I would never refer CarMax to anyone PERIOD ?
