Dealing with Carl Black GMC for maintenance is always great experience and having Michael Crabtree as the service assistant is always great as well. I was in and out in about an hour with an oil change and tire rotation. My truck is always in good hands.

Caleb has been great to work with and the team in the service center have done a great job of helping my Tahoe with 160k miles on the road. One day I will be getting a new one but they keep this one running so well I cant bring myself to do it just yet.

Once the pinnacle of sales and service, leadership has clearly lost their way. I used to insist all my GM vehicles would only go to Carl Black.
I had previously purchased 5 vehicles from them over the past 10 years.
Unfortunately, something has changed. Hopefully they get some new leadership. The mighty have fallen... sad.

BEWARE
I am writing to formally express my concern and dissatisfaction with the vehicle I recently purchased from your Carl Black Buick GMC Kennesaw Ga. On May 30, 2024. I purchased a 2024 Buick Envista from Carl Black Buick GMC Kennesaw. At the time of purchase, I was assured that the vehicle was in good condition and free from any major defects.
However, shortly after taking possession of the vehicle, I discovered that it has significant damage, that could lead to some major health issues among me and my children. The first red flag I noticed literally the day after purchase how my windows fogged from humidity inside the vehicle. Shortly after I heard water swishing around the vehicle it knowing what it was but I most definitely took note. Shortly after maybe a few weeks after purchased my 5 year old noticed a horrible smell in the car remind you this is Brand new vehicle that I drive only from A,B, to C and keep my vehicle clean as possible was smelly from we had no idea at first. Finally I took my car to a friend of mine who owns a cleaning service to Shampoo the carpets on a BRAND NEW VEHICLE and when he made it to the back of the car he instantly noticed MOLD AROUND THE CORNERS AND UNDER THE SEATS OF MY CAR ? I was sold a damaged vehicle! To fast forward I was put into in a rental for the vehicle to be fixed where they found a hole in the A/c that was causing the car to leak under which is what caused the MOLD. Me and my children rhode around in a molded vehicle for 2 months‼️‼️ now they are wanting me to get the car back and return their rental. I am traumatized and do not want the vehicle back. Who wanted to purchase a BRAND NEW MOLDED LEAKING Vehicle. For days I recall thinking me and my children had a bug or some sort of virus due to congestion to find out we have been inhaling MOLD FOR TWO MONTHS. Me and my children could possibly have gained health conditions due to this and that is SCARY mold NOTHING to play around with. Decades of purchasing vehicles I have never experienced no such thing and I am extremely disappointed on top of being told that there may be nothing Their able to do. The al in contact with a lawyer. I am currently pending a open case I put in with Buick because this situation is unacceptable. I feel like they should Offer a full refund of the purchase price, including any taxes and fees paid or anything paid . I completely feel used as a single mother/women because I still do not understand how I was sold a damaged vehicle that was molded and Buick really expects me and my children to step foot back in this vehicle. I feel like they knew this vehicle was damaged before I was sold this car. MOLD is dangerous and nothing to play. My first experience purchasing from Buick had been a huge inconvenience and DISAPPOINTMENT. . I hope we can resolve this issue quickly and amicably this entire wis UNACCEPTABLE.
This damage was not mentioned in the sales agreement, nor was it highlighted during the inspection or test drive. I believe that this omission violates my consumer rights, and I am extremely disappointed that I was misled regarding the condition of the vehicle. I hope we can resolve this issue quickly and amicably this entire situation is UNACCEPTABLE.
