Worst experience ever! Every customer service person I spoke to was rude and not helpful. My order was in for over a month and no one would help me and then they randomly canceled it without notifying me. Do NOT use this company for any of your medical needs unless you want to be frustrated and disgusted.

Poor service regarding invoicing. Have been a customer for over 7 years since my ostomy surgery over cancer diagnosis. Although I am 77 years old, I am still employed and my provider, Anthem, has always been primary since I do not submit claims to Medicare, although eligible. Service at Byram has gone downhill since suddenly they submit claims to medicare when their records clearly show a history otherwise and somehow can't seem to provide Anthem with the correct information to allow my coverage.

I was getting ready to call Byram to place an order but they called me and asked if I was needing anything. I told them yes because I was about to place an order myself. They proceeded to ask if I was needing certain items which were the exact items I wanted to order. I was impressed that they had everything together beforehand. Thanks Byram for being so professional and helpful.

Not Good and by that, I mean my interaction with the first line CSR's went from bad to worse with each successive call. At one point things deteriorated to the point where the CSR hung up on me when I asked for the name of her supervisor. I called back a second time with a request to speak to a supervisor and/or manger and that CSR hung up on me also. After, I just stopped responding to any calls from them. All in all my customer experience with Byram HealthCare is that not good.

Between Byram and my insurance I feel very railroaded. I told both my insurance and Byram I needed to know what supplies are covered. Knowing that I needed COVERED supplies Byram then set up a very very expensive shipment. If I had known the cost up front I would not have had them send it. So predatory!

I made my first, personal, order about two weeks ago, over the phone. I received every product that I ordered, free of omissions &/or duplicates. I was satisfied with the over-the-phone ordering & the prompt delivery of the products, to my home.

This company is horrible. I have 4th stage metastasis endometrial colon cancer and had to have an ostomy. My cancer center has sent them the authorization forms back signed by one of the doctors that sees me and they say it's invalid cause I don't see the same doctor everytime. So while I sit here leaking stomach acid and vile all over myself they now want me to physically travel to the facility so they can verify that I am seen by multiple doctors. Long story short they don't care about their clients or what they might be going through. They wouldn't release any info to my insurance company when I called them to have them fix it. My insurance company was even trying to get me the supplies. HUGE HASSLE POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS RIDICULOUS POLICIES. I'm so miserable right now because of Byram Healthcare. I'm looking for a new supplier now. BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS ?
