STAY AWAY from BWC Automotive and Lenora Shields. I purchased a 2009 Jeep Liberty cash from Lenora Shields for my 70 yr old mother in February 2024. Since then we have had 2 temporary tags which expired. Thankfully we just received the tag for the vehicle last week but we are STILL WAITING on the TITLE. The tag office advised a title can't be issued as BWC has not provided the correct paperwork. Lenora provided several excuses blaming everyone else as to why we couldn't get a tag and why we still don't have our title as it's been SIX MONTHS. We requested to give her the vehicle back for our cash money since she can't provide the tag or title. She told us it was our vehicle now and there was nothing else she can do. Very disappointed in this business. I definitely will never do business with Lenora Shields or BWC Automotive again and will certainly never refer anyway to them. Take your chances elsewhere, anywhere else and eliminate this headache.

I was so comfortable with BWC Automotive, LLC and Mrs. Lenore. She is so professional, transparent and thorough. From the very beginning to the final sale, Lenore was there. There was never a time where I couldn't reach her. She was prompt, had answers to all my questions and she took her time with my daughter and I while she was purchasing her very first car (BMW). I highly recommend her and the company. I will be a return and repeat customer because it's tough out here when searching and buying a used car. I am grateful to have met her and thank you again BWC Automotive, LLC.

I am disappointed and beyond upset with my experience with BWC and Ms Lenore Shields. I purchased a 2012 Audi Q5 from this company/Ms Lenore. In less than a week the check engine light came on as my car struggled to pick up and maintain speed going up a hill. I contacted Lenore because I trusted her because she was driving the car, so much so she connected her satellite radio to the car. So if anyone should know there’s a problem she would know right…NO! That began her trail of lies. My temp tags expired on 9/11. When I didn’t receive my tags or title I reached out to her. She told two lies, 1: it might be in the mail we received over the weekend. 2: I will contact the auction house and have them expedite the title over. Neither of those lies made sense especially the last. So I went to find out for myself what was going on. Turns out the paperwork hadn’t even been filed. The diagnostic on the car shows a few problems which to me means she lied about having it inspected. How did it pass the emissions test? I over paid for the car because I needed a car. She and I had a very personal conversation. I trusted that I was buying a car that had been inspected and was safe to drive.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

BWC lied, refused to pay for undisclosed damage, and did not honor my 90 day guarantee. It cost me thousands of dollars to fix.I purchased a vehicle from BWC from out of state, and my signed agreements indicated that I had a 90 day guarantee covering the vehicle. I received the vehicle with undisclosed damage to the water pump, electrical issues that drained the battery while parked, and a throttling issue that caused the vehicle to repeatedly shut off WHILE ON THE HIGHWAY, in addition to a leaking valve cover. I was told there is "nothing wrong with the vehicle".I immediately informed BWC Automotive of the issues, and they refused to pay for any repairs. After asking them many times to choose a mechanic in my area to investigate and repair the problems, they continued to refuse.These repairs cost me thousands of dollars, and they have not reimbursed me for a single penny, even after admitting that they were in the wrong and telling me they would pay for at least the water pump.Unfortunately, I signed an arbitration agreement, meaning that I can't take them to court. They essentially told me "well, we lost money when we sold it, so it's not fair that we pay for the repairs that are covered by your 90 day guarantee".This is an awful dealership, do not give them your business.

0 STARS!! Saw one price on website but then $3K added because it was not cash payment. Was told car had been inspected by a certified mechanic. When inspection report was requested, one was not available because information was not written down on what was inspected. Come to find out, vehicle has cracked control arms, dry serpentine belt, bald tires with wire showing, bad exhaust valve covers, and more. Now looking to spend another $3K+ for a car that dealer said was in great condition. Took almost 90 days to receive tag and title from DMV because paperwork was not submitted by dealer until after 60 days. Could not drive car after 1st 30 days because temporary dealer tag expired and dealer would not provide a new one. I wouldn’t refer to anyone EVER!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BWC. Lenore is UNPROFESSIONAL. I bought my car in October, cash and still do not have title or tags !!! Tag & title says dealership still haven’t completed paperwork .. she has since blocked me and refuses to come to the door when I go to her dealership. Again DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HER. I regret bringing my business here. Trust me. You don’t want these issues.
