We love Butler creek animal hospital!! All the staff from front desk to the vet techs and vets are amazing!! We moved from out of state and my one Frenchie is very difficult around people let alone new people. They have been able to treat us and conquer my little ones fear of the vet!! I recommend Bulter Creek to anyone looking for new veterinary service.

The staff here are wonderful. We had evacuated due to a hurricane when my elderly dog's health deteriorated. I walked in with no appointment, having never been there before. I explained that my dog needed to be euthanized, and they agreed. I was treated compassionately, as was my sweet dog. They were very kind and caring. I will continue to use them as a vet away from home.

I recently visited Butler Creek Animal Hospital and had a mixed experience. While the veterinarians are knowledgeable and provide good care, I encountered some issues that felt quite misleading. About a month ago, I took my pet in for a regular check-up, which cost $86. During that visit, I was advised to delay a vaccination.
When I returned this week specifically for the vaccination, I was surprised to be charged for another check-up, which lasted less than three minutes. Despite clearly stating at the front desk that I only needed the vaccination, I was informed after paying that an inspection by the doctor was required before administering the vaccine.
I find it concerning that such fees were not disclosed upfront and this lack of transparency feels quite deceptive. For future veterinary needs, my family and I will be seeking a more honest and transparent provider.

Friendly staff, always remembers dogs who belong to parent's. Dr. Shell is a great educator advising me what to look for when we go home. Overall, we’ve been clients over 17 years and the service standards have not changed

My elderly cat was extremely sick and frail. We called Buttler Creek and they were able to get him in immediately. The care and attention they gave Scuffy saved his life. We are so grateful and thankful for all of the care you gave him. Scruffy is doing well and is in great spirits. I highly recommend them.

The office staff is so very friendly and professional. The doctors really listen to you. The office is always impecably clean. My Peppy loves going. He loves the staff and it seams as though he brightens their day. Thank you so much for your kindness.

I highly recommend Butler Creek Animal Hospital. The entire staff is extremely welcoming, caring, and helpful. The front office staff (Hailey and everyone else) is knowledgeable and professional.
Dr. Shell and Dr. McClintock are thorough and genuinely care for my pets. The office manager, Kayla, is also awesome.
My babies, Brix and Memphis, are very well taken care.

Our cat injured his tail and needed part of it amputated m. They treated him with such kindness and care. They did an amazing job on the surgery and even called us the next day to make sure he was still doing okay. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family

My dog had her annual visit on Saturday. While they were running behind schedule, they did not sacrifice anything for my pup's check up. Her vet sat on the floor to examine her. I love this place.
