I tried to return a red tag item and was told that it is not returnable by the cashier. I asked for a manager and another lady told me the same thing. I then asked who is higher up, and a 3rd lady said that it was okay to make the return since red tag items are not final sale. So, the first two women were just making up the rules about returns. Poor customer service!

The lines are long, with a wait time of 1 hour and only one register open.

Only one cashier at Checkout and I need to wait 40 minutes to bill just 2 items.
Collections are good though.

Employees don't seem to friendly. I think they would rather chew thier own hand off then smile... Racks are always picked through. Shelf items are just tossed around. I've been in Goodwills that are more organized and cleaner than this store.. prices are fair tho.

Very disappointed, the store was dirty, and one of the cashiers was pretty rude to another customer. She rushed them and talked about them in front of me. I won't be back.

I am disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service I received at Burlington. I purchased a pot from the store, and after just one use, it became stained in a way that was not expected or acceptable.When I contacted the store to request a return or exchange, I was met with resistance from the store manager, Donna. Despite explaining the situation and providing proof of purchase, Donna denied any assistance or resolution.The lack of accountability for the product’s quality and Donna’s refusal to address the issue left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience as a customer. It is disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially when dealing with a defective product.I hope that Burlington takes steps to improve both its product quality control and customer service policies to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Nice little store. Some nice baby toys and clothes, good prices.I absolutely LOVE THIS STORE! I'm constantly finding beautiful dresses or cute clothes for my toddler here. And with how fast kids grow, the clothes costing way less than at some stores helps a lot. They have a decent selection of kids clothes and jammies, even shoes.Plus, my girl loves to wander the store and ooo and ahhh at stuff. The employees there are incredibly nice. We lost her stuffed bunny Nini once, and a week later they had it saved for us! We were ecstatic. I think the nice lady who helped us out was more excited than she was, but she wouldn't let anyone take it from her after. Lol

Lots of off market, dingy looking clothes. The store smells too much of deodorizer. Just like a thrift store.
