I have been taking my Yorkie to Bubble tubs for about three years now every few months and we love them! She always smells and looks good. Scheduling is easy and they’re our favorite groomers.

They are great. They try to work us in even at the last moment. Our dog comes home very clean, nails trimmed, and deshedded.

Too my furry pal her for a groom and wash. Took all day and yet when I did the pickup it was apparent the job was half done with only half the face cut somehow. Very poor job. Then a few days later a rash appeared in the private parts! I take good care and nothing like this has happened! Take your furry pal elsewhere that doesn’t overbook or keep dirty trimmers!

I have a not-so-miniature golden doodle who requires a lot of grooming maintenance. I have been to SO MANY groomers over the last 5 years and I am so happy I found Bubble Tubs. I recently moved to the area and they are 5 minutes down the road. I can call and book an appointment rather quickly, instead of waiting days or weeks (yes some places I have been to are booked out like 5 weeks in advance). My girl Josie is used to getting groomed, but I know she is a bit stubborn and sassy.. They have done such a great job with her the last 2 appointments and I will continue to book here. Josie gets matts in her tail and ears and they are able to de-tangle without shaving! Josie also has sensitive skin and used to itch all night long after her grooming appointments, but not at this place! Whatever they use does not irritate her skin. It can be expensive, but I believe it is worth it at the end of the day. Tangle free and smells all fresh and clean :) Thank you!

This facility is highly recommended. We recently relocated from NC, in desperate need of a qualified groomer. Bubble Tubs for Dogs is as pleasant and welcoming as the name. We are very pleased. Our fur baby Tito agrees because he was quite happy & energetic afterwards. (Which is rare) Kristen was attentive to our requests and delivered as promised. Needless to say they have our vote and our business for years to come. Thank you Bubble Tubs for accepting our patronage!

We had booked an appointment for all three of our dogs as we have been a loyal customer for YEARS. We picked a Saturday knowing our dogs usually spend the whole day there so we cleared our schedule to make sure we were readily available to go pick them up as soon as we received the call that they’re ready. I always hated the idea of them being stuck in a cage for so many hours as we often dropped off at 8:30am and didn’t pick up until 4pm.Upon arrival the front desk lady mentioned we had been taken off the schedule due to an unpaid $25 no show fee and that they had called an left a voicemail two days ago. I DID NOT receive a voicemail and I even showed them my call log and confirmed my number. We would have been willing to pay the $25 dollar fee had we known about it, however we were not made aware of it until we had all three dogs with us the day we were scheduled to come in. Their defensive attitude was another big issue.I would have thought to mention the fee at the time of booking and our issue wasn’t having to pay it we understand and value the groomers time and facilities needed to schedule accordingly but seeing as we had been coming there for many years and we cleared our day to stay close by due to their varying pick up times/length of grooming I would have thought an accommodation would have been offered or that other forms of contact would have been utilized (email or attempts with other phone #s on file). This was the first time we had heard of the fee in the may times we’ve brought our dogs here. I just don’t understand why they took us off the schedule without letting us know when we were fully prepared with three dogs at 8am on the Saturday we were schedule to come and pay $240 + tip for 3 full grooms. Just because of a $25 fee. It would have been more courteous to a loyal customer to honor their appointment and just have disclosed the fee at the time of payment. It’s great to see how they value their customers.
