As other people has shared their experience, unfortunately I cannot write a good review today, when I walked in with a smile on my face looking straight at the girl who was at the Register, so that I can say hello ?? I was not even acknowledged. She avoided all eye contact with me, walked right past me at one point, smh The girls name was Chelsea. I believe… I heard her because she was on the phone. She did not make any eye contact with me. Walk past me several times, which made me feel absolutely uncomfortable. I was actually shopping for my birthday outfits for this weekends trip so I was going to spend a pretty penny, I stayed in the store just to see how long it would actually take her to say hello or anything, I might as well should have pulled up a chair, I guess she wanted me to leave, because only after I stood there for quite some time looking a round was when she finally said If you need anything, let me know, of course after this experience I left and spent my my money elsewhere, Shopping ?️ is supposed to be a great experience and it’s supposed to be fun y’all, I am not from here And I heard all about Southern hospitality But this store isn’t about Southern hospitality!!! If you guys are looking for that please do yourself a favor & DON’T show up here because you won’t get that if you aren’t white!

I love coming into this store. The clothes are bright, cute, and cheerful. The sizes run small so unfortunately there isn't much for women who need bigger sizes. It is mostly a store for young teenage girls. The clothing is expensive but there are sales going on constantly. They don't carry sizes above a large. Their clothes are cute tho and the staff is wonderful, attentive, and friendly. This location is rather small. I love that they gave me a free ring for signing up to their texting program. I will definitely return to this location.

Do NOT shop here!! They do NOT give your money back on returns even if you have a receipt they do not care!! I guess the owner can't afford to give peoples money back so they make you exchange! Save your money and shop on Amazon!! At least they accept your returns with your receipt!! This place is awful & has bad customer service!!! If the owner can't afford to give peoples money back then why is she the business owner!!?

I have shopped at this specific location since the store opened never have I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome like today. An older white lady was working in the store today, my friend and I entered the store looking for new clothing and this old lady approached the other customer that also walked in (she was white). She did not even bother looking at my friend and I, as a women of color this made me extremely uncomfortable and sad that she could be so unprofessional! This completely ruined my shopping day! I recommend including some diversity training when you hire. I doubt i’ll be coming back anytime soon. I would give zero stars if I could.

The old woman owner/manager ruins the shopping experience by following customers around the store (no personal space) and being very aggressive. Causes customers to stop choosing any more clothing altogether and a shorter shopping experience.

Betsy the owner was extremely rude and accused me of stealing from her store after I complimented her clothing combinations. I'm a physician in a nearby hospital, but I suppose my casual aesthetic on my day off made her think otherwise. Will not return again.

Okay so I've always been kinda intimidated by boutiques, especially as a WOC just because that's generally how it is, but honestly I felt so safe and welcomed in the store! The girls there were giving me so many recommendations and never ignored me once, like they're just super sweet! Big shout out to them for being so amazing :)I really love the clothes there, too- and I was able to buy some stuff that I had never really tried before, which I was really excited about. Clothes are definitely not cheap lol but they're so worth it considering they're not fast fashion quality. They're super comfortable!

Went to the mall for back to school shopping for my daughter and she has a lot of for matching clothes and making them look flattering. She was having a rough day and was frustrated with all the clothes she was trying on. We got to Brooklynn's and Stephanie offered to help us find something for her. $600, and about 20 outfits later, my daughter was feeling reassured and excited to have new clothes. Stephanie was a beautiful and reassuring friendly face with awesome taste in clothes. Thanks girls for helping us. We'll see ya again soon!!

Clothes are cute . Kinda pricey . Shopping there was kind of hard when the older woman is in your face basically and follows you around while asking question after question. I seen her scare away several customers by asking too many questions and following them and coming up as soon as they enter the store . I was in dressing room and she must have came in at least 6 times asking questions instead of giving me my privacy . Most people don’t know what they want until they see it . I would suggest not being so aggressive and in your face to customers and let them have some privacy.

Ally is amazing. She spent like an hour helping me find multiple outfits for specific occasions that are coming up. And I’m 6 months pregnant- which makes it harder! I appreciate you and all of your efforts in finding me the perfect outfits! You deserve a raise!

Very disappointed in how we were treated here. We were wearing our masks as required. The saleswoman snapped at my daughters when they tried to go into the same dressing room. When I stuck my head in to look at one of their dresses she was very rude. I explained that I was her mother and just peeking in. She went on to say that they are only allowed one person per dressing room and that most stores aren't opening theirs and they would have to close theirs too if we did not "understand that". We have no problem complying with the rules. It was not what she said it was how she said it. Needless to say we walked out with nothing.
