“Kathy is so amazing and really goes above and beyond to please her brides! I fell in love with a lace wedding dress that didn’t have a matching veil. Kathy ordered the lace appliqués from the dress designer and let my mom and I make my own custom veil in-store to match my dress! It was so special and so kind of Kathy to do when she could’ve just tried to sell me a different veil. Vivian did my alterations and was absolutely wonderful! I am so grateful that they were so sweet and helpful, and I would recommend Encore to anyone getting married or going to prom, etc. They are the best!”
