Best Buys have gone downhill fast, no service and bad leadership. Good luck finding an employee to help you. Service and knowledge are no longer a priority, now a thing of the past. The President of Best Buy is a woman driven only by her salary, it shows at the customer level. I'm done with Best Buy. Home Depot was happy to take our money, they provided service, friendly knowledgeable staff, with delivery and set up.

Second time I got ripped off by best buy outlet ,PS5 open box $388 plus $80 Spiderman game ,new one cost $448 included games.They charged customers 15% restocking fee and selling it for more.

Bought a fridge on Saturday, rep said they would hold it for 7 days. Went back the next Sat and they had already removed the hold and made me re purchase it. The issue was.it cost me $25 more for the exact same fridge. Did I say exact? Beware...be ready to take whatever you buy at the time you buy it. You'll get a great deal, but you'll need to beware of any "hold" you ask for!

I visited the Outlet after an extremely unsatisfactory experience at the main Best Buy store in Kennesaw. Rick was great to work with and I was able to leave with an open box dryer in great condition at an excellent price.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent purchase and delivery experience I had at your Best Buy outlet in Kennesaw on January 22th, 2024. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and attention to detail, but unfortunately, my expectations were not met.On the day of my purchase, I made it clear to the salesperson that I needed a fridge, washing machine, and dryer delivered to my house on the specified date, with the fridge to be placed on the second floor. I even took the initiative to show them a video of my house to ensure there was no confusion. However, upon delivery on the 26th, I was informed that they could not carry the fridge to the second floor without a four-person team. This lack of communication between the salesperson and the delivery team is unacceptable.Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the dryer I received was faulty and did not work properly. It is disheartening to spend hard-earned money on a product that fails to function as expected. I had to go through the inconvenience of rescheduling the delivery and waiting for a replacement.While I appreciate the effort made by the store manager to rectify the situation, it is clear that these issues should never have occurred in the first place. The lack of proper documentation and communication is a clear indication of negligence on Best Buy's part.I kindly request immediate action to address and resolve these matters. Firstly, I expect a four-person team to be sent to my residence to move the fridge to the second floor as initially agreed upon. Additionally, I would like a thorough inspection of the replacement dryer to ensure it is in perfect working condition before it is delivered to me. Compensation for the inconvenience caused would also be greatly appreciated.I have been a loyal customer of Best Buy for many years, and I have always appreciated the quality of your products and services. However, this recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether I can continue to trust Best Buy with my future purchases.I sincerely hope that you take my concerns seriously and take prompt action to rectify the situation. This location is trash! I purchased a fridge from Best Buy. It has been sitting in my garage for weeks. Each time the installers come to install it they say they need a 4 man team. Then I reschedule a four man team but 4 men do not show up. This has happened to me 3 times. At this point, I will return the fridge and I will never do business with Best Buy.

Some of the inventory may be scratch or dent, which you can see, but tags also say may be a floor sample, or refurbished. So you really don't know what you are getting. Prices have some deep discounts though.
