Don’t come here. Long story short, came here to get a friends dog (who lives out of state) groomed. Put the deposit down, came in and my friends dog didn’t have the rabies vaccination they required for him to get groomed. Wasn’t aware that they don’t refund deposits due to dogs not being vaccinated. When I came in, I was told that it shouldn’t be a problem for me to get a refund (looking back I realize they just wanted me to leave). I recommend picking a more honest pet grooming service.

Jonathan and Amber are awesome and always take amazing care of my small goldendoodle. I appreciate their excellent work managing the clipping and brushing each time. They show great care when handling my timid boy. We visit about every 6-8 weeks.

Very inconsistent service. Took dog there one time and they did a great job cleaning and cutting his hair in about 2 hours. Took him back a few days ago and they did a horrible job. They cut every bit of hair off, he doesn't smell clean, it took them almost four hours to do this time, there were no other dogs there, and they didn't answer any phone calls at all. I'm 100% convinced that the employees here saw that they only had one dog for the day and decided to take a long smoke break and abandon him for several hours. There is no excuse for how unprofessional these groomers are, why it took so long, or how bad of a job they did. Save your time and money, go elsewhere. They won't even call you back anyways...

Groomers did a great job on my pup. But when I went to pick my pup up, there was a very rude girl with green hair there stating I did not pay the $20 to make the appointment. But, in order to reserve a spot you have to pay in advance which I did. Never had this issue before.Because of how she treated me, I will not be going back.Please work on your customer service skills and have a kinder attitude.Update: I did ask to return and the owner said that will not be a good idea and I could try her other shop. I decline.The owner was called to the shop after I had to deal with the rude former green haired employee.Owner was fair, but with the other employee it left a bad taste in my mouth after she treated me so rudely over just $20.Thank you

I used Befur and After for the 1st time and I'm very disappointed and concerned for other animals. I have a 1 year old puppy that needs frequent grooming. She is very frightened and has terrible separation anxiety. I explained this to China, the pet groomer. I also told her if she was not tolerating her appointment it would be okay to stop. I hold her her ears have never been plucked so if it too much please don't do it and I will.at home. I told her in the past experience she literally cries out when she is being blown dry. I didn't want her to have more anxiety due to the fact I was trying to introduce her to someone she could trust. I came a little early to pick her up, sat in the car facing the windows to the shop to find China grabbing and pulling on my dogs snoot. From where I sat, it looks ed as if she was frustrated with her. When I came in to pick her up I questioned if she had a hard time with her. She said, "oh no! She was great! I didn't hear a peep out of her." I said by the look of you grabbing he face it seemed you had a hard time? She said she kept looking down and I had scissors and was afraid to hurt her. When I got her home, clearly her ears were bothering her. When I looked inside they were fire red and hot. All the hair was shaved or waxed and plucked...her ears are so red and irritated. I put hydrocortisone inside them as deep as I could. I'm sick about it and this truly makes my heart hurt. I clearly voiced all my concerns on the phone prior to making the appointment and also face to face with China. She completely disregarded my concerns and was forceful, which is unacceptable. I don't believe she didn't hear a peep out of her as she cried out when I used a warm washcloth and gently applied the hydrocortisone in her ears this morning. Beware!!! I won't be back!

I took my 2 yr old Yorkie boy to have a full groom. Everyone that works here firstly looks like they're on meth or some substance. My dog was to have a bath full body cut and nails trimmed. When I can to pick my dog up 3-4 hours later when they called and said he was ready, my dog still smelled like corn chips and as if they had tried to spray some type of doggie perfume over to cover it. His nails weren't trimmed and they had snipped cut my dog's penis from shaving him. My dog was in excruciating pain and no one at the groomers even mentioned it to me when I initially picked my dog up. I DO NOT recommend this place!!

Great experience! Staff were friendly and very patient with our dog! He can be a little irritable when it comes to getting a trim, so it was nice to meet groomers who he got along with. Especially after we were turned away from a couple of other pet groomer locations! Thanks Befur and After for going the extra mile for our pup! Would definitely recommend.
