Awesome place to work with! We bought a boat with some outdated steering components and were told impossible to find steering sensors and terry found them for us and got us back up and going! He put in the time to track them down and was very knowledgeable on the boat itself! Can’t thank him enough! Terry and the crew at bay marine were great!

I've been a customer at Bay Marine for 10 years and have only had fantastic experiences. Everyone is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and knows you by your name. I would recommend Bay Marine to ANYONE. Just had a brand new Garmin Force Kraken installed on my 2013 Cobia that I bought new from Bay Marine and the workmanship was amazing. Five stars isn't enough!

Their attention to detail upon checking you In was a difference maker for me from the jump. WHEN tech John called me with questions, I new I had found a new boat home and future dealer for my business

Saturday afternoon, shortly before closing time, I showed up on Bay Marine's doorstep looking for a part for my old outboard motor. I know how irritating it can be to have someone show up right at closing time, but I received nothing but a welcoming attitude while three obviously experienced employees got on the computers and dug into Mercury catalogs to find a difficult part. This business sets the bar for Customer Service really high. Ron Allison

Bad bad bad deal for me did not fix what I wanted and still charge me almost the same labor rate got some of my parts back in a bag plastic they will never get another Penny from me. Negative Stars. It makes me put one star

I have had nothing but great experiences with Bay Marine. I bought my Triton 179TRx from them in 2018. I have had all of my service needs met by Bay Marine and trust them to keep my boat in tip top shape. They are courteous, kind, and reliable. Most of all, they are very good in setting expectations in the work that needs to be performed and the time you can expect for service. I will always use them to service my boat.

Always top notch! As a charter Captain I don't have time to deal with people that don't have the experience to fix a problem. These guys are the best in the business here. Whether it is fixing your boat or having parts that you need. Always my first call.

Can't say enough good stuff about Bay Marine. I first tried getting parts from another place right down the road from Bay Marine. I needed parts. I called twice and was sent to the voicemail of a guy who was off for the next 4 days. I called Bay Marine and was helped immediately by the same guy (Justin) that answered the phone. When I had problems a week later (my own fault), I called them on a Saturday at closing time. Terry stayed with me to help me determine the problem. Had me text him photos a couple days later and worked with me to solve my problem, all for a few more dollars in minor parts. Just good quality customer service. BEST on Cobb Parkway, anyways!

I bought a small outboard and I’m sure I was the small fry of all the customers they deal with, but they were great and spent lots of time with me showing me the motor. They were responsive on the phone calls leading up to the sale. Having zero experience with a motor I feel very comfortable with their post-sales service (should I need any). Thanks Greg and Team! My son and I are excited about our little boat!

The folks at Bay Marine are super-friendly while being professional. They walked me through what was a complicated electronics upgrade on our boat. They provided me with updates along the way and upfront, transparent price estimates. I would recommend them to anyone who has a boat.
