I ordered my batteries online, and they were ready to pick up within 30 minutes. The employee at the store was very polite and grabbed my order right away. A very easy purchase and process!

They didn’t have the battery I needed, the selection seemed pretty slim actually. They did offer to use my wires and make the battery for me but that is not worth the time or effort and could also be a liability

This business should get 0 stars. I have been a customer many times over the years. This morning, a smart a** young man, after commenting that my son's watch looked like a girl's watch ( he got it as a gift from his girlfriend), told me that his business no longer does battery replacement. He said the franchise that owns this location doesn't do many services any longer. He suggested I go to Batteries Plus by the Big Chicken. The Batteries Plus at Big Chicken was friendly and changed the battery This location should go out of business with employees like this. If you like Batteries Plus, make the drive to the other store.

They do not back up their product. Bought a battery charger for a camera - barely used. It started melting they would not replace. Paid over $40 for it. Had it for 90 days. Lot of money for short time owning and only using 2-3 times.

Shout out to Dylan for going above & beyond! My truck broke down in the parking lot a few stores down and I went into Batteries + to see if they could test the battery for me. Dylan realized my problem was a fuse and found the correct fuse in store to get my truck starting again. Thank you, Dylan! Your selflessness & kindness is so appreciated!
