Just stopped by to check out the lake. It's posted, so not sure if accessible for fishing or other recreation.

Quite secluded surprisingly. Nice and clean. They built small bridges to help you walk over the ditches. The entire walk around goes all the way around the small lake. It's really nice. I've found some nice native plant species too.

Used Luther's home closing. The woman who did our closing was disorganized. Left out many papers that we were supposed to get. Could not explain the settlement numbers. We have bought houses before, and this is the worst I've seen. On top of being incompetent, she was rude and lacked even a modicum of manners.
