I won’t be renting from here again. Made a reservation and then they would not honor the reservation because they did not close out a rental properly from over a year ago. I showed them the E-receipt from the rental that proved it was returned to that location. Still would not provide a rental regardless that I’ve been renting from Avis at airport locations several times per month for the past 15 years in traveling with my work. I’d recommend you rent elsewhere.

Staff is not helpful. You get a text to pick up your car you show up and they tell you they don’t have any cars. Then they tell you to try the other location they may have a car but they are not willing to call and see if they actually have one for you. Poor to No customer service

Do not use this company. They over sell reservations and will not have the car/SUV when you get there. When you call customer service, you have to ask for a manager to get your refund in full. The agent at the location said that the over sell them all the time, leaving him to deal with upset customers. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

Under new management! Renter Beware! Reservations mean nothing to them. Today was my 3rd time reserving a car only to be told the morning of my trip they have no cars and they couldn’t get any more today. Last 2 times were for work so I let it slide. This time it was my 25th Wedding Anniversary trip with my wife. They ruined our trip and they do not care. My bride does not deserve this treatment. I’m disgusted

If I could give less than a one-star review, I would. Made a reservation, then showed up at the scheduled time to find out that they don't have any cars. The agents were so rude and unapologetic it was unbelievable. I will never use Avis again!

I just left this location. The guy at check in was completely outline. I would give themZero stars if I could. Unprofessional and problematic. “Tyler” is what he states his name is, he declined to give me his last name & stated he was the manager argued back and fourth with my husband and threaten him. Just wow !

i rented online, showed up for my rental, and they said they had no inventory, then proceeded to scold me for not calling first and trusting the online app. Rude!

I'm posting this review because as a business person, I try to encourage good business practices and advise customers of poor business practices for their own value of spend. First, I'd like to say that there are some things about this location that I really like. It's location near my home is ideal. Their upkeep of the office area is very nice. The accessibility of cars has also been very good at a time when that has not always been the case at other locations and agencies. However, I have just had a really bad experience that I need to share. There was a new desk agent this time. After presenting my drivers license and reservation, as usual, as a preferred member, I was still asked for my credit card, which is already on file. Even though I shared this with him, he still needed to see it. I was OK with that. then he asked about my discount, and whether I had proof that I worked for the company that I was receiving the discount from. When I explained the relationship and that as a consultant, I have been extended that discount without having an actual employment with the company he accepted that. And he then proceeded to ask me about my insurance. Now it's my understanding that you can opt not to cover the car and be responsible for all damages and charges but I do have insurance that covers my rental so I shared that with him. At which point he also wanted to get the policy numbers from my personal insurance. I gave him this. But when I asked him if all these things would be retained on file, he said no. Each time I came in I would have to do all this all over again. Now interestingly I've been a Avis preferred member probably as long as he's been alive, and I've never had to do any of these things. But who knows maybe there's new policies in place, but I will say I don't care for that because I don't arrive at the car rental desk with all that spare time to go through all these items each and every time. I guess I could just come prepared and have all this ready when I arrive if I knew in advance that all of this would be asked. but I think this is a burden on the customer and like I said a new one that I've never experienced otherwise. But the icing on the cake was the car that I was assigned was not only dirty, like it had never been washed, it smelled like illegal Substances had been smoked in it, if you know what I mean. so I turned around and I asked for a different car, which he happily provided. Didn't update the contract that he gave me so now I'm riding around with a contract with the wrong car information on it. When I arrived at this car, it was just as dirty as the last one. So I'll have you know I went to the car wash and washed the car because I don't appreciate riding in a dirty car, and it wasn't worth me going back-and-forth to the desk and waiting each time while he found another car. Now if this is your idea of customer service and how you'd like to be treated and receive services then this is a spot for you, but otherwise, I just want you to know that this is what you can look forward to.

Customer agent was extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable with the cars available.Due to time constraints and a possible tornado, I had to leave to pick up my grandson.I have always used Avis and was never disappointed!I will be back. :)B Keller

I had a pretty bad experience at the Avis location at Kennesaw and was advised by the corporate helpdesk to try this location for another car as the car given to me by the other location was disgusting (front seat was stained and wet).The gentleman at this location was very understanding and helpful and helped me get a better car which was cleaner and better than the other.

Rented a 15 passenger van for family vacation. Van was supposed to be ready at 12, did not arrive until 3 pm. Enroute to New Mexico from Georgia realized tires were completely worn out on inside tread and not safe. Office in Albuquerque agreed and changed van out for one that was safe apologizing. Then upon return of van in Georgia they assess a $216 fuel charge when the van returned full citing it was not the same van.

It's easy to rent and you don't need a credit card, but even when you return the car on full tank of gas and cleaned out I was charged an additional $1200 for a week rental. Paid $495 and then another $212 when I returned it when I was told it was only $125. Then I wanted to extend and was told it would be an additional $365 with another $250 hold. Woke up today with my bank account in the negative and when you call their corporate number you always get a foreigner that doesn't understand you and it's hard to understand them. I asked the manager and was disconnected. The customer service rep was listening to reply and not listening to understand what I was speaking on. Avis need.to do better training with their Customer Service because you are always told different things and nothing is consistent. This was my first time renting from them and my last time.renting with their horrible customer service
