I went there with my nephew, who said he was having an issue with his battery. Turns out he was low on oil. David checked the battery and added oil to his car while it was raining. He was helpful and accommodating without ever being annoyed by working in the rain. Great customer service!

Terrible customer service, representatives acted like they didn’t want to help me find the correct parts for my Infiniti G37x. I called the O’Reilly’s across the street and the happily helped me with me vehicle. I have been going to this AutoZone for years and have never had such a terrible experience, I did however find out they are under new management which explains the lack of great service.

JAMES!!! What an a terrific guy! So knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I just can't say enough! Replaced my battery and helped me with other things that needed replaced/repaired. I really felt that he wasn't just trying to sell more stuff. Thank you so much!

I always get the BEST customer service at this store. I purchased some items and prepaid online for pickup at the store today, and I accidentally chose the wrong store in the Auto Zone app. I didn't really it until I got to the store. I was all prepared to make the drive to Acworth, but the gentleman behind the counter asked to see my receipt, went and picked up the items, and handed them to me. I thought maybe I would be asked to pay and then get a refund from the other store, but he simply said, "I'll call the other store and get it transferred. Have a nice day." Now THAT is customer service. Totally my goof, but they treated me like a VIP anyway. That's why I get all my parts from this store.

Todd is an exceptional employee. I needed a bulb for mother in laws car, but was short by $1. Instead of me having to driving all the way home to get more, he gave me $1 from his own wallet; nor did I ask for his help. He exemplifies a good person and how to pass on blessings. Just so you know, I was short at your competitor's store and their response was, "we will hold it for you." Thanks again, Todd. AutoZone made a great decision with hiring someone of Todd's mindset.
