Upon calling Charles, he explained the problem; Unbeknownst to me, it could be resolved with an oil change. So, I brought my car to Charles & his crew. “I have been going to this location for years so for this post I'll post about my experience there yesterday. I wanted to put on a new set of tires and alignment. I called after work yesterday and Corey answered and by far the nicest person ever. It was like 4:30pm they close at 6pm. He says yup bring it over. So I went and as they are doing the work I asked them to check and see if my brakes and anything else they can see if there are any issues and potentially needed to be addressed. And brakes were okay but some of the stuff like ball joints and such might need replacing in the future since my truck is over 15 years old. Anyway, they finished a little past 6pm. Real nice of them to stay after closing and finished it for me. They charge me exactly as I was quoted on the phone. They did not try to be pushy and up sale me things that weren't discussed. These are the kind of businesses I like to go to. They do the job honestly and charge me exactly as quoted. By the way, I asked and they do everything except paint. So if you have issues with your car then bring it over to Midas at Town Center. It's. A good location. And Corey and all the guys working there are professional. You know the place is kept clean and organized. That shows you people love their work and care about their work. So you know you get good quality work there. Anyway, I just thought I would leave a review here to let everyone know that this Midas location is a good place to get your car taken care of.”

“I can't say enough good things about Max Auto Experts .Unfortunately, on a Friday mid morning I was told I needed a new alternator. I started calling around to the usual places and was told no way could any of them do it. I thankfully found these people who said they could squeeze me in and fix it before the end of the day. They absolutely are the best people to work with . Family owned and operated, reasonably priced, and convenient location . They went above and beyond to help me. Actually identifying the cause as well as replacing it. Monday morning I dropped it off to replace my valve cover as it was discovered to be an issue when they replaced the alternator. Absolutely will never go anywhere else. They are so thorough and explain everything in detail. I would rate them 5 out of 5!”

“Mike and his team did a true exceptional job on the rims of our Tesla. We bought the car used and it had a bunch of curb rash. They fixed that, powdered coated the wheels and repaired a few serious cracks that he found… all for the price of the original estimate. Plus, they’re great guys, work hard and are fun to talk to! “I needed 4 new tires for my tesla, Mr. Toomey the manager assured me that they were equipped with the special pads used for teslas . I was an early morning walk in. My time there was about 1 hour, which was great for me. The waiting area was clean and the service was excellent also 5 minutes from my house. Thanks for great service!!!!”

“Friendly family business, they made a mistake on my quote for a warranty claim and couldn't explain the overage not getting answers after being on the phone for several hours I took my car and left a negative review here.
After leaving my review they called very quickly and realized someone entered the quote improperly and apologized for the error. I am leaving as 4 stars because I had to leave a bad review to get their attention; otherwise I would give them 5 stars. It's an honest mistake and once they realized it they called immediately.”
“There are not words available in the English language! These guys have gone above and beyond! I already had a supercharged 5.0 F-150 and their first step took it to a new level. That was both fun and amazing, but it had a few issues. They absolutely welcomed me back and took care of all of the issues and then some! I just brought the home truck today and it is absolutely a monster! If you have something similar you know what I'm talking about. But this new update is absolutely out of this world! Apparently they put uranium or plutonium in the gas tank? LOL this thing is a nuclear bomb equivalent! If you have the want, they definitely have the ability! If you have doubts, contact them. “I took my son's 2002 Nissan to determine the root cause of the car not consistently starting. The Lanier Auto Team were professional, knowledgeable, and the customer was OUTSTANDING. Unfortunately, the car was old and required more work than I wanted to put into it. The Lanier Auto Manager gave me suggestions on selling the car and suggested I have my son's next car evaluated before purchasing. “I recently had my Rivian R1T repaired at Driven Collision, and overall, I was quite impressed with their service. The communication and transparency throughout the process were stellar; they kept me updated every step of the way, which made a big difference.
My only two complaints, first is the timeline, it took about two months to complete the work. While I understand that quality repairs can take time, it would have been helpful to have a more accurate estimate upfront. Second, is they had my vehicle for two months and gave it back to me with 34% charge. I would have hope being a specialist in EVs, they would have at least charged my vehicle to 90%.
Despite the wait, I appreciate the professionalism and care they put into the repairs. I would definitely recommend Driven Collision for anyone needing vehicle repairs!”
