We came into America signature furniture and receive outstanding customer services from Vito. We are in the process of upgrading furniture for a new house and we are working with a designer from Ethan Allen, but he was willing to collaborate with us. He helped us pick out several pieces and informed us of several sales that they were having on the memorial day sales. This is our purchasing from here, but it will not be our last.

I recently visited American Signature Furniture to discuss repair concerns for a bed that was out of warranty. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The manager spoke to me in a condescending and disrespectful manner, which I found both unprofessional and discriminatory”I understand that the bed was no longer under warranty, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. Customer service should be about helping and supporting customers, regardless of the situation. I left the store feeling disrespected and undervalued and in tears!I attempted to resolve this issue by contacting corporate, but I have not received any solution except we cannot help you because there is no warranty or you haven’t purchased extended warranty, and Rose was patient and apologised, despite being promised a callback- I never received any call from store Manager or from District Manager. This lack of follow-through only adds to my disappointment with the company. It was clear that they felt there would be no repercussions for their behavior or the lack of customer service provided.I hope American Signature Furniture takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that no other customer has to endure such treatment.

When my wife and I walked in we were Greeted by Vito Garrett. He was a great person to work with. He answered our questions and showed us a few items. We settled on a light fixture. Vito promptly helped us with the finance options and we completed our purchase. Overall he was a great sales person and we will ask for him when we redo our livingroom.
