This is absolutely the worst storage unit I have ever seen. Not only was there wasp nest in the unit but the ceiling of the unit split open and water leaked all over my belongings.I lost two televisions had water damage to a curio cabinet and my sofa was soaking wet. When I called to complain they said because I didn’t get their insurance they couldn’t help. They told me I didn’t need insurance if I had home owners .Why should my insurance company have to pay for their improperly maintain facility. When I told the guy that I would file a claim with my insurance company but will tell them to go after the storage unit to get their lose recouped. When the guy I was talking to said well that’s wwas told to tell you.When I asked who told him to tell me that he wouldn’t say.I asked for his bosses name and he refuse to tell me. He said I will give him your name and number. Not holding my breath on that one. Guy didn’t even have the guts to talk to me himself.

I think they must of fired Dave. Manager was professional and knowledgeable. Gave many tips for store all of my mothers furniture. We purchased boxes and rented a truck from the same location. Convenient to our new home. Thank you for great service.
