I went there some stuff.The stuff there are incredible.The young boy helped me pick out what I need.He is very patient. It’s near my house, I haven’t been here before. I should come here,very convenient and very good service ??

I heard Ace Hardware refilled standard propane tanks and the prices were better than an exchange and you usually get a more full tank. I call my local Ace as I have 4 tanks to refill and every dollar counts these days. I was told that because it was raining that they couldn’t refill propane tanks. I inquired if there was something dangerous about rain, to which this gentleman replied well when it’s thundering and stuff we can’t do it. This was at 2:30pm the afternoon before Helene moves in, it’s been raining all morning but hasn’t thundered or one stroke of lightening all day and isn’t expected to for hours more. Sounds to me like somebody did not want to fill propane tanks because they didn’t want to, not because they couldnt. I shop at this Ace frequently and have otherwise been very pleased, but this was lazy. Went to Kroger and spent roughly $20 more total to exchange these tanks instead. Thanks Ace!

I bought a Slime Multi-Purpose inflator a couple of month's ago. The second time I used the product it no longer worked. I brought the inflator back to return or replace but had lost the receipt. The 2 gentlemen at the front desk said since it was used I can’t return. The product was brand new. One of the guys acknowledged the product was brand new. The other gentleman refused my return because it was used! I used one time and it broke. Must have been a manufacturing issue… the one gentlemen even suggested that I try to sell it online. Why would I sell a broken product? So, I have to take the loss because you sold a product that malfunctioned? I rarely leave review's, but you have lost my business, and I will not support this specific location.

Always a pleasure to shop at this Ace location. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, especially Melba. I appreciate their hard work and effort. Definitely recommended!

What a great shop! Shawn went out of his way to help me find a bolt for my Big Green Egg. Kevin was also super sweet, conversational and enjoyable to meet with.I will be coming back!

Came in to get help with a leaking pipe...the store did not look busy but the person that was helping me also was also checking customers out at the cashier station he pointed me to an isle but I didn't find what I needed....nice store but I think they need more help.
