Love the ease of this post office. It's a small post office with one staff member. It is rarely busy. They do have a lunch hour blocked off from 1-2p, so as long as you are aware of that time frame you will most likely have little to no wait time.

They won't get out of their mail truck if it's raining to deliver a package and return it to the post office without a notice in the mailbox. You have to go look for your tracking number to find out where it is. This post office hours are not normal and are not conducive to real people work hours.

Yesterday received a notice saying my package was undeliverable due unable to access property/mailbox. I call B.S. because you had no problem putting my mail in the mailbox or delivering the last 14 packages to my door step or cramming it into the mailbox. Stop being lazy cause you don't want to get out of your mail car. Never had this issue till yesterday. So I'm hoping someone is having an off day and my package arrives today.

Letter carrier fussed at me for having to deliver a package to our house that did not fit our mailbox and said next time she will leave a form in our box for us to pick it up at the post office. I thought USPS was trying to compete with other package delivery services. From now on I will use the others. We often get neighbors’ mail in our box, especially on Saturdays.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with the Kathleen post office for 10 years. 10 years of frustration at the incompetence of the USPS and their inability to follow simple directions. We live in the country and have a gate because we have horses. No matter how many times we’ve asked them to leave packages at the gate they never do. We even put up a sign asking them to leave the packages there. It’s a huge inconvenience for us because the post office is 15 minutes away and we can never depend on them to deliver important items on time. We’ve had multiple packages and mail “lost” as well.
Thank you, government, for providing us with the best service mediocrity can buy.

I arrived at 4:45pm to mail out packages to the office which closes at 5pm. Lights were off and doors were locked and the woman behind the counter saw me and ignored me. I then had to drive 2 miles down the road to the Bonaire post office where the people were happy to serve me. Y'all are assholes. Might as well close kathleen office if this is how it's being run. Kathleen people can just go to Bonaire post office 2 miles down the road.

we have been without a mail box for a week now and the post office claims we have gotten no mail this week. That is very hard to believe since we have never gotten no mail. We have also gotten the neighbors mail as well as the neighbor getting our mail.
