Publix deli in Bonaire always has wonderful workers, but I recently had to go in search of my cheese that I love. Went to the Publix on Lake Joy Rd 3 different times and each time I was met with kindness, patience and exceptional customer service! First was Brandon, 2nd was another Brandon a few years younger. Next was Will! I Asked customer service desk to recognize them but want to give a shout out myself here.

I recently switched over from CVS due to change in insurance. It can get busy in there, but it moves fast, and the girls are always friendly and answer questions as needed.

Malissa who works in the bakery saved me today! I tried to put something inside the cake I ordered and ending up destroying the top! I decided to try my luck and go back in and see if it could be fixed....and not only did she fix it, it looked better than the original! She was super cool about it also and by the end, she made me feel like it was no big deal and she was there to help! Customer service is big to me and this was the best customer service I’ve received in a long time!! Thanks for the great attitude and making me laugh about the whole thing!!

I’m disappointed that I keep seeing some of the employees at the Seafood Counter not properly wearing their face masks! Most recent was this past Thursday when I was at your store and the man at the counter barely had his mouth covered and therefore his nose completely uncovered! In these current times I would welcome a Store that properly instructs their employees on correct use of face coverings. As mentioned before, it was also not the first time I have seen this. In addition, employees are also not enforcing customers to wear a mask. Since July Publix requires (not recommends) customers to also wear masks. So I’m wondering why I see customers come in, shop, check-out w/out wearing a mask? You should do better than this. Disappointing to say the least.

Pharmacy hours are rather important when youre considering a sick child. It be nice if yours were correct, your pharmacy closes at 8 not 9 I would’ve called it into a different location had I known.

Why do I spend a little more to shop at Publix? Because the employees are consistently SO nice and helpful. Today was no exception. Halfway through unloading the cart, my newly potty-trained 2 year old said he needed to go. Our cashier Jill let me leave the line without hesitation, and we came back to the cart loaded up and an offer to take the groceries to our car. Thank you!!

Great friendly service. From the Deli to the store manager to the people at checkout. Nice to know that Publix so far from home is as friendly as my hometown Publix. Great job!

I don't see how the competition can stay in business. This Publix is stocked with the friendliest, most knowledgeable people of any grocery store I have shopped....and, I eat a lot of groceries!

The bakery is a joke. Pay 20$ for a set of Spider-Man cupcakes and the icing has no texture and the dye is separating even when kept at room temp. If you don't keep them in the refrigerator they pretty much melt. Going to Kroger for the rest of my kids birthday parties so they won't be ruined again.

I really like this store. The positive experience begins when you grab your shopping cart. None of the beat up flat-sided wheels thumping along like you'll typically get with a Walmart cart. Their bakery is the best! People throughout the store appear happy and are very pleasant to deal with. Publix charges a little more for their stuff, but its worth it. I wish the store was larger.
