Decided last minute to get a storage unit and was not looking forward to the process because it was after hours. The online process was simple, the team followed up the next morning, and Dean went out of his way to help out as I was making trips back and forth to move items. I had not heard of FreeUp Storage before I started searching but I couldn’t have asked for a better find!

Dean was a life saver when my husband and I drove to Georgia to get our items out of storage! It was a rainy Saturday and we called on the way there worried we wouldnt make it in time. We arrived at closing time…he not only waited to let us in, but helped us load our vehicle! I would recommend Freeup Storage hands down…definitely the best customer service!!!

My experience was pleasant and straightforward. I used the 'text' feature on the website and a few minutes later I got a text message on my phone. After chatting for maybe 5 minutes I knew what I was getting, how much it would, cost, and what my monthly bill was. It was a great price and friendly service. I was skeptical about sending my card info via text, so they called. I started moving things in 2 days later. Definitely would recommend.

I came in to get a storage unit and met 2 employees by the name of Dean and Shanell who were very pleasant and helpful. They helped me rent a unit and I couldn't be happier.
