was delivering flour my appt was set for the next day @ 10 am arrived the day before around 1930 and put me in a door right way and was unloaded in about 20 mins!!

The process is not optimized and a lot of driver time is wasted. About 10 people can stay overnight.

Live load will take up 4 to 8 hours be aware. Easy check in and out process ?.Check in with guard, drop trailer at assign dock, bobtail to staging area and wait for call to come get paperwork and trailer.

The truck entrance is past the building on the left. Properly marked and easy to find. Overnight parking for 10-15 trucks but need to get there early. Some local drivers park their trucks there, so may only be 5-10 spots actually available. Arrived 6:30 for a 7am delivery. Drive past the scale, make a left at the sign posted for dispatch. Drive through gate and park past the service shop in the driveway. Walk back to the dispatch office to get instructions for delivery. Got docked at 7am. Was empty and had paperwork by 8pm. Staff was professional and friendly.

They need to do something about all the drivers dropping their trailers in the parking area. Some of us legit need a place to stop.Also the guard lady didn’t know what she was doing. Asked if i need my bills signed. Obviously.

Only getting one star because that’s the minimum!!!! Don’t go there if you don’t have at least 10hrs to waste! They attitudes here will bring you out of character. Save yourself time and get miles with people that understand TIME IS MONEY!!!

A few overnite spaces, easy place to load and unload. Good people at the guard house so long as follow rules.
