I lived in Juliette for 15 years and I avoid this place like the plague! Service is terrible and always attitude and had to go by there today and they've changed their hours and don't let anybody know! FYI the hours posted on the door or 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and no longer reopen in the afternoon... This place is a joke

If I could leave a zero I would!!! Not only are they extremely rude everytime you call, they never deliver packages correctly. Then they promise to meet you so you can get packages & at the time of said promise they turn off their cell phones and completely ignore you. Worst attitudes EVER. Worst service EVER.

My regular carrier is top notch , but her replacement delays mail, which is against Federal Law, also been to this facility more than once and it was locked with nobody running it.

There's one maybetwo workers that do theirjob the other just show up for a check and don't have any idea what to do.too lazy to even be called lazy. I've been ants delivery my mail better thensome of them.. Lazy Sorry and Crazy is the best way to sum it up.

I got an email my package was left in the mailbox. Knowing this package was far too big to fit in literally any mailbox I drove down to see. Wasn't even the mailbox, shocking, so I turned around on the highway to go back home and see the package leaning against my fence.....in the rain. Luckily it didn't get to wet but this is 100% pure laziness on their part.

So today makes the second day a neighbor has brought me my mail because the mail carrier left my package on top of the mailbox. I live in a mobile home park so you can imagine the people driving by seeing my package. I am pretty sick of it.

I have been here about 5 times to send packages and birthday cards. Each time i come in its the same old grumpy lady. She gives you a mean thousand yard stare and speaks with such authority and hierarchy. This is my first Google review. Never have i ever seen someone who doesnt want to work at their job. PLEASE relieve this lady of her suffering and fire her. Im 65 years old and have never seen anything like this in my life. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS POST OFFICE! . GO TO FORSYTH OR JACKSON INSTEAD. If you visit this one.. You will be met with a cross eyed devil. God Bless You All
