It’s very clean, the lady who works at the counter is very nice and keeps an eye on the clothes in the dryers. It’s not that big but it’s cozy. Además se habla español.

The wash and fold services here are amazing!!!!!! It's affordable and they handle your clothes with love! Oh anndddd it smells amazing! You will always leave with a smile on your face after visiting wash away laundry.

I just picked up my clean laundry, washed and folded by Cinthya at this Lavanderia. She did an amazing job!I have COPD, and my last trip to the Landromat taught me that I just can't do it myself anymore, so today I Googled a wash 'n' fold service and found this wonderful place.Just hauling my clean, folded laundry back in the house left me totally winded, so I found "Wash Away" laundry service in the nick of time.

The best laundry mat I have ever been to. Its so clean, I did not get the name of the lady that help me but she is the one with the glasses green eyes she was so helpful and sweet told me step by step on how to use every machine and told me all the services they have and prices she keeps the bathroom, washers, and dryers we’ll clean. I even saw her sanitize the folding tables multiple times highly recommend.

Worst experience at a laundromat that also seems racially fueled to me as a black man. A staff member(the hispanic middle age heavy set lady that looks older that wears glasses) constantly catches an attitude, disrespects me, and has also went as far as calling the police and lying on me by telling them that I threatened her life. I was not arrested because she had nothing nor anyone to back up her story. We both obviously live in Jonesboro because I’ve seen her in other places around here and she acts out and catches an attitude as soon as she sees me. This all started because I simply let her know that a machine took my quarter without the intentions of asking for another quarter. YES ALL OVER A QUARTER. Instead of her taking note, she told me that it didn’t happen and started making up scenarios of what happened. I simply tell her again that it happened. She puts a quarter in the washer on her own and while doing so says “I’ve never seen anyone argue over a quarter”. At this point I had not argued with this women. So the next week I come in and notice that the same washer was out of service so I tried to make light of it and ease the tension with a joke about the machine but she instantly caught an attitude and became belligerent. After talking to the owner I thought things had been ok. NOPE. This past weekend she didn’t allow me nor my girlfriend in without a CT warning. I said that I was not leaving because the owner didn’t tell me after our conversation. So that’s when she calls the police and lie. I also called. Now I am CT from the property which ok with me. I am a father and a trucker making honest money that takes good care of my family. I only use this place because we put our appliances and furniture in storage, in preparation to move.

I always come to Wash Away on Monday because I receive excellent customer service from Rosa. Rosa is very nice, friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and neat when Rosa is there.

Experienced a horrible experience today with the a worker she refused to give her name but she is the heavy set latino lady missing the front perimeter of her hair.She refused my service because her and my boyfriend had a previous altercation for her closing the laundry mate early.She locked the door and let all the other Latinos in tho!Not only did she refuse my service she called us racial remarks NEVER visit this place again

That place is air conditions people there are so helpful starting getting the cloth in for you they don't have to but they do. My washer broke dawn and this may be my first time but I enjoyed washing my close its worth what you spend.
