This review should be zero!!! The driver who delivers in my area lied about a package that should have been delivered on the day it was due. But claimed I picked up the package in person, but I never did,so where is my package? Lost? Stolen? Can't be tusted! Bad business!

Doing business here for 30 years. My mom went today, had her first ever late payment, unaware of it, but willing to pay it. The manager and associate laughed at her and told her "well if you've been a customer here for 30 years you should know when your payment is due." Will be getting names and calling corporate. I work in customer service, and I get working with the public is getting harder every day. But being disrespectful to an older woman unprovoked is never called for. Closed our accounts will do business elsewhere after 30 years due to what my mom experienced today.

They don't even attempt to deliver packages. If it's a holiday we know they stole it but most of the time they just claim it can't be delivered and toss it in storage. Worse, they can't seem to understand zip codes as when they do attempt to deliver they send it in circles cause they can't figure out who is supposed to deliver it. They do NOT pick up anything, so if you paid extra for the carrier to pick up your package and send it out then you're in bad luck. Clayton county is lazy and unable to provide even basic service

It's a Saturday morning and the doors didn't open until minutes later. Unacceptable. That's a ghetto way of handling the facility. The worker didn't announce late opening until 15 after the supposedly opening time. We have to do better and get it right! Professionalism should be the standard.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NO MATTER WHAT TIME IT IS. THEY DONT OPEN ON TIME AND THE SERVICE IS SLOW AND RUDE. HAVING LONG CONVERSATIONS ABOUT THINGS OTHER THAN MAIL WITH EACH CUSTOMER. THEN A LINE CAN BE OUT THE DOOR THEY WILL LITERALLY WALK THEIR SLOWEST TO DO THINGS THEN CATCH ATTITUDES WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS. NOT ALL OF THE WORKERS BUT THE OLDER WORKERS. THEY NEED TO HIRE NEW PEOPLE .I RUN A BUSINESS AND HATE THIS IS THE CLOSEST TO MY HOME. SO IF U CAN AVOID this 1.

Every morning we wake up. We should be thankful we are allowed to be a blessing for someone else. Service is a hard job. It takes a special person to serve respectfully. To young lady who said just give her a paper application I wish I knew your name but you did your job kept it moving no question. That Service is appreciated. The laughter and smart comments it only shows ugliness. Let's be better. Because we are able and can. God is in control allow him to show up and show out. You will be better for it.

The postal deliveries persons they are not doing a proper job. Males have been delivered to wrong address and some of the time you just don’t get your mail.

Mail carrier is placing my mail in the wrong box as well.Also mail is being sent back to the original sender saying address not found.I have been at my address for 25 years.Post office needs to hire better help responsible people and individuals who respect other people belongings.

The young lady at the post office Amber had such a bubbly personality. She was very sweet and helpful and down to earth. Please keep her in the front engaging with the customers. Amber’s customer service skills are top notch. She looked beautiful with her hair and nails. And she’s put together perfectly. I wish many blessings in her life. Please treat her to a raise.

Can't ever get through when i call. No mail service on our street at all yesterday and appears non today and I'm waiting on licenses and court information that was shown to suppose to be in our mail yesterday but no mail service. This is ridiculous!
