“I arrived to rent a 5x9 pretty late in the afternoon. It was around 4:30pm and I needed to rent the U-Haul trailer, drive home to pick up a riding mower and then drop it off and then return to the U-Haul location prior to 7:00 pm. Because the workers were responsive and efficient (and a neighbor backed the trailer into my driveway when I couldn’t) I was able to accomplish my tasks and to return the trailer prior to closing. The young woman associate (I didn’t get her name) was especially helpful in getting the 5x9 trailer attached to and removed from my truck.”

As a person who rents U-Hauls frequently for events, I must say this time I was overly impressed. At most locations, the owners and staff are cold and unwelcoming. Quaya was very friendly and engaging. We talked and joked for what seemed like forever. She even gave me some insight on other business ventures she's knowledgeable about. If you need a Uhaul, give Quaya a call...”
