I gave it 5 stars because I saw an improvement from when I was there in the past. Yesterday, my vehicle was pretty dirty, especially the rims. However, my vehicle looked so much better afterwards. My drivers side window was cleaned good, and I only got the basic wash vs in the past when I paid for a more detailed wash, but my drivers side window would never get washed good, nor my rims. So, now that the basic wash went well, I feel comfortable now paying to get a more detailed wash.

UPDATE 10-8-24 That's also a lie. I called several times and visited and you have all of my information that I gave each and every time to the site manager. The truth is my car was damaged there, you don't care and NEVER responded to me. Buyers beware use at your own risk because if your car is damaged there they will never take responsibility for it and you'll have to fix it yourself. I've move on and found a hand car wash that doesn't damage my car. Stop responding to my review with lies. I said what I said, and my review stands.
UPDATE 9-6-24 The owners posted below my review that they “ got this sorted out” Let me be very clear that no one from your company has EVER responded to my complaint. Stop lying. You damaged my car, said someone would call who NEVER did, and now you lie below and said you took care of me. I would not recommend this car wash.
Took the rear wiper arm off my car. I called the business twice as well as visited , and the GM was supposed to call me back. Never heard from anyone. I have two Mercedes Benz and spend a lot of money with this company in membership. Bad service not to return my call or see about my concern. Will take both my cars elsewhere.
