I never like to leave a negative review and I definitely understand how clocking in and out works for employees. But I walked into this particular location at 1:15 pm and there were two employees behind the desk. I let them know I needed something notarized and was told that one of them was the notary but he was not on the clock. He stated that he would have to charge me personally as he would be acting as a mobile notary or I could wait 45 minutes for him to clock in. I was a little shocked asked if he took CC or could he clock in and do it and then clock out and he said no. I just wonder how many other customers they have lost to the mobile notary instead of the store employee.

The worse UPS Store I’d ever been too, so unprofessional and long wait. Terrible! Look for another location! Save your time! Also: no ACDC!!! Summer time!!!! Burning down there waiting for some attention!!!!

I’m reading all these reviews on here, I don’t know who waited on y’all but employee 133042 gave me excellent customer service she was patient. She was kind considered helpful and she was multitasking. She served me and the customer behind me at the same time. While I was unlocking my debit card, she waited on the lady behind me ?????? I have nothing negative to say about this UPS store. I will keep coming to the store, because its closer to where I live,So I asked you to reconsider choosing this store and treat people with kindness. It will be returning back to you.??

The website states, they should be open at 12:00pm on Sunday and no one is here, doors locked, and lights off. Very inconvenient!!!

Here after 10:00am which is what online time says that’s they open, but doors are locked and no one is inside. Very inconvenient and someone needs to update times or be there when they supposed to . I would give zero stars if I could.

Their hour time needs to be changed to 8am weekdays and 9 or 10am for weekends for people that are looking for AMAZON. The one male employee is kind & professional. I appreciate this. ? One of the other employees seem to be changing how courteous they are to customers. I hope to see this. ?***NOTE: The change of the hours are why I must move to 8045 and go to the other UPS to the other Tara Boulevard.***

Oumou, the young lady the register has such a calm demeanor, she's extremely helpful and always manages to calmly work out whatever the situation may be.

Employees do not greet you as you walk in or when you approach the counter, they just continue to look down at whatever it is they’re looking at

There were three people standing outside at 9am and the store was not open as displayed to be. Had to drive to another location that actually opened, on time.

The Notary is respectful, kind & helpful.The staff moves swiftly and provide service with pleasantries.The store hours are very accomodative. Overall Amazing Services!!Keep up the Good Work

I wish I could give 0 stars to The UPS Store on 8045 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, GA 30236!! This is by far THE WORST UPS STORE I’VE EVER VISITED!! I’ve tried them a few times and every time they fail me!! If you have Amazon returns, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THE STORE!! They take FOREVER to return them!! They want you to pay for Amazon package that’s supposed to be free (not the ones that require the labels to be printed through email, trust, I know the difference)!! I even gave them packaging for my returns after complaining and finding out that the owner won’t provide it, and they assured me that it would be processed that SAME DAY, which was a lie…I’M STILL WAITING!! ALTHOUGH Amazon clearly states that I don’t have to provide it here, and ALL the other UPS stores provide it for their customers!! Being cheap and non-adherent!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!

I've visited this location several times and I've always received great customer service. Although, we are living in a very difficult time they are very patience, kind and calm when serving their clients. The wait time is very minimal as well or maybe I come at the right time ? Thanks guys
